Atrocious service. The woman I was served by was very rude. After repeating my order several times, she still got it wrong and was frustrated with me when I complained. Seems to be par for the course with most Tim Hortons but this one was exceptionally bad.

It has improved here. I have been buying breakfast on the weekend here for several months and the service has gone from poor to strong. There are a lot of hard-working young people at this location and their effort is strong. The sheer volume of drive through and walk-in make this a location where you need to wait. Seating area needs a refresh/touch up.

It is May, Tuesday at 6pm. Dirty as usual. Dining and kitchen. Not polite. Not much enthusiasm. Thats my personal opinion. They serve my coffee not long. So, that's my 2 stars.

The worst Tims I have been to so far. The employees clearly don't want to work there and laugh in our faces. The order was wrong and I was blamed for it. Nonsense, this location should just close.

It's very loud, and the service is very bad. If you speak English only they'll make fun of you in French. Definitely don't recommend

This is the second time I ordered food from this specific location and they messed up my order for the drink but this is where I drew the line of all things , I was sent a cup of cold coffe with spoilt whipped creme, this is totally unacceptable, the person that made this coffee need to do better, would he/she have drank this! The way I was so skeptical im happy I opened my cup first before sipping or I'd probably fallen sick, wow! Do better! I'm speechless, thank you for confirming that I should make my own beverage myself.

I dropped into this location to grab a quick coffee & bagel and spent 15 minutes waiting for my bagel which was not toasted as requested.The staff seems disinterested and not at all engaged with the public - I’m lead to believe there are several HR issues impacting staff and management . One thing is for sure - the whole dynamic of this franchise has very much flattened out

2 hour wait time, bag was open on one side when we got it. (dont think driver did anything to my food.) all the donuts were the wrong kind AND THEIR WAS A PIECE OF PLASTIC COOKED INTO MY CHEESE CROISSANT! This place is ruining the name of tim horton's. It's places like these that lose the franchise as a whole customers for LIFE!

2 stars is generous. The coffee is hit and miss, and the food is horrendous. Staff have no idea where they are or what they're doing. Whoever is running this tim hortons should be ashamed honestly.

While the bar for Timmies is pretty low, this somehow kissed the mark.Ordered through the online app, drove 5 minutes to the shop, and waited almost 15 minutes for my 3 coffees and breakfast sandwich. In the time I waited, I saw people come in, order, get their food and drinks and leave.
