THEY NEED TO HIRE AND RETAIN A SERVICE PERSON!! THE CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP IS AN UNKNOWN AT THIS TIME EXCEPT IT IS OBVIOUS TO THIS CUSTOMER THAT STAFFING IS A SADLY NEGLECTED PRIORITY! WITHOUT RELIABLE , PROMPT, SERVICE CUSTOMERS WILL BE FORCED TO DEAL ELSEWHERE REGARDS - KEN

Our experience with this company, (Motion, formerly known as Golden mobility and Rehab) has been disappointing and abysmal. We required three lifts for my wife who has cerebral palsy for our new home.The rep was quite friendly and professional at first, and listened to our needs and took measurements at the various locations we needed lifts to be; This was around the end of April, '23.It's now late June and in all that time, the communication has been negligible, lackadaisical and sparse. So much so, that we felt we needed to take matters into our own hands, and find used equipment so my wife could enter and exit our home safely.We ended up finding all three lifts being sold privately. But as soon as the first lift was bought, Motion started to change their attitude toward us. Communication dropped off progressively, even as promises to install the used equipment were reneged on after the final and third lift was bought privately.As time went on, we found the wait increased the danger of my wife being injured from having to be bumped" down the steps of our home in her wheelchair. We had to take matters into our own hands

The gentlemen here were super friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help you out. Definitely recommend using Golden Mobility for you needs.
