Ordered a basic chocolate cake on Friday. Bakery decides to call on Monday afternoon, the day BEFORE I needed it for NEXT morning pickup! They said they JUST realized they didn't have chocolate cake. Poor service!!!!

Y'all are evil for making an old lady work express check out and she's using a walker. I understand if it was their choice but seriously? It was busy today considering the $1.40 sale. I was here around 12 noon to grab the sale items. This store has no self check outs so if you hate interacting with cashiers, you've been warned. Sign lay out is annoying as it's facing the front and back of the store forcing you to literally walk in front of the isle to read what's on it. Simple Slave on foods, nothing out of the ordinary here. I commend the old lady for being a champ regardless. Geeze...

It was nice some mixed prices,high & low. Balanced pricing for various goods. Is ??? Not sure even for bulk. Its nice to stop to shop,once in awhile.

Bought beautiful flowers, was encouraged by a staff member to get them wrapped and the older lady who wrapped them not only squished the flowers, but wrapped them in a very unflattering way, looked absolutely terrible and the flowers were loosely moving around in her wrap job. Maybe some training on how to wrap flowers is needed if that service is going to be offered and encouraged.

Not sure if it’s a city thing but the customer service was non existent. I said excuse me to a worker after waiting at the customer service desk and was fully ignored. She pretended like she didn’t hear me. A woman went behind the customer service desk and didn’t even acknowledge us. We just wanted a bathroom key after spending how much, and got fully ignored.

Great store aside from last time i went here. Why on earth did they think it was appropriate to put a toilet in a display next to food. So weird. Painted or not, a toilet isn’t a prop.

Staff kept throwing me from one till to the next. Went to one till, then another till asked for me to come over, but someone cut in line and the staff did not care. Then told to go to customer service. Then got pulled to another line. Just horrible of the staff to do this, will never come back.

i buy 12 grain bread , freshco sell is at a price of 3'79 $ a loaf . .Same bread at so called save on foods , 5'79$ how do you justify 2:00$ increse on same bread & same company mcgavins . Save On Nothing ! store should be called !!!!!RIP OFF
