They care about you!Our patio door arrived on time, and it was perfect. We call them and they answer.Do not go to Home Depot - they are more expensive.

It's interesting that all, or most of the great reviews are from folks having just had new windows and doors installed while poor ratings are coming from those of us who are looking to take advantage of that awesome warrantee. Our review at the time off purchase would have been great also.My wife has been calling since the first part of February and did actually talk live human once. That was a secretary who said she would put a note right on the service desk. - we have had NO response.It wouldn't be fair not to mention that the majority of the windows and doors are still in great shape after 7 years. Still the complete lack of response for warrantee and service for the one that is failing completely obliterates any positive feed back that I could offer.

This was my first time building my house, and I had issues on my Patio screen door. Their customer service is top notch. Shannon is one of the service woman working here and she is the best. She is very calm and understands your problem and tries to get your issue resolved at the best she can.A big shout out to Shannon.

I had 7 windows and a front door replaced. I can't be more happier with the service I received and the price was much better than any other quote I received. Nino Papa and Diana were always prompt to return calls or emails to answer my many questions. Tried and True who installed the windows Pete and his brother were amazing clean and did a wonderful job. Will recommend Martindale windows for future friends and family. Great job everyone.

I must say, on the first exchange with Martindale, we were impressed. We had heard that Martindale is where you want to go for customer service, but they have exceeded our expectations. The staff at Martindale have accommodated our schedules after hours, worked over holidays to ensure that we were taken care of and most importantly, they treat your home as if it is their own.There is so much stress through a home build, but since we started working with Martindale, we have not had to stress over our windows and doors and can actually enjoy the process and have some fun while were at it. Our buying experience at Martindale was excellent, Scott was very helpful and walked us through every step and option with great patience. He answered all of our questions and made us feel confident in our choices. Afterwards, he was quick with followups and keeping us up to date with our order.We had a few small things that needed to be fixed after install and those were taken care of fairly quickly. We've now had the windows for about 6 months, will follow up with a review on warranty work if it ever arises. Thank you Martindale!

Great company to deal with. They respond right away and stand behind there products. We had another company install the door that was doing work in my house. And Martindale came out and fixed all of the issues the other company created and claimed couldn't be fixed.
