Called Duct and Mist to have the ducts/vents cleaned at my house, they were very professional and helpful over the phone. I was able to get a quote right away and their price is much more affordable than their competitors in my area (Moncton). While they were at my home they took before and after pictures of my ducts/vents. I was very happy and terrified to see the pictures as the vents at my home had never cleaned before. It’s amazing the job they did, all my ducts/vents look brand new, it cleaned every little thing you had in there. They even sanitized the ducts/vents when they were done cleaning them. Very professional, the staff is personable, their work is 10/10. Highly recommend! Thanks again Duct and Mist, I will reach out for my next service when the time comes :)

First I called around to get quotes and was amazed by how affordable Duct & Mist was compared to other companies. Half the price in some instances. I had a callback from Darren almost immediately, and on the weekend no less. He was able to fit me in right away on the following Monday, bonus! The service was excellent and I felt he (Darren) went over and beyond what I expected. I highly recommend Darren and Duct & Mist Cleaning Services and will most definitely be using them again! We hired them on Dec 2021. They did a very poor job. They are counting the registers including the ones are not returning any air flows. And they didn’t seem to managed to clean them. There are a bunch of them need to unscrew to do that. They didn’t use screw driver at all. Also I have a few of them with glue on it and they didn’t clean them for sure. After they left, they left a lot of mess everywhere. We checked the work they completed, it’s apparently very dirty. It’s only 5 mins after they left. I called them to call back to redo the work. They promised they would come back on phone and on Facebook. It’s been 8 months. Apparently they didn’t come to fix the mess at all. There is a video indicating if I wipe it by hand, it’s super dusty but I can’t attach it on google review since it’s not a photo. For such poor work they’ve done, it takes two hours and charged me nearly $800 without cleaning the mess they left. Please avoid this company to do any duct cleaning for your house. It’s just waste of money.

Mr came to clean my air exchanger ducts and mini-split. Very polite, professional and excellent job. Noticed on his truck he also cleans carpet, so re booked him to come and steam clean my carpet stairs. Again an excellent job. Will definitely call him back for futures cleaning.

I have my duct clean exatcly on the 29 September 2021The service was good everything when that day really nice .6 months after they did the service cleaning i decided to change the heat pump.For my biggest surprise my return duck was supper dirty and for something clean 6 months before that dont make any sens. Check the picture in the description. And I dont have any dog or any cat no petsI call the service with the picture as proof and they come but nothing because i have apparently only 2 weeks garantie on the job.I wasnt really impress. For something that supposed clean 6 months early and i dont have any pet no dog no cat and that dirty i am really concerne about the jobs thta was done.I took me sometime to posted this but i am not really happy about was i see and have as a return service

I got a quote over the phone, agreed to it and booked this company for duct cleaning. It was confirmed by email and I got a reminder the day before. They never showed up. I called and left a voicemail...no response.

Darren simply moved the dust from the ducts to the entire house. I asked if this was normal. He said no but the ducts had never been cleaned before... I am not sure why that made the mess it did but he was going to charge me 450$ for a house less than 700sq feet. I asked for a rebate because the house was full of dust. He said he would reduce by 50$. I thought that was not sufficient. I made the mistake of leaving my credit card on the table when I left the house durring the operation because I couldn't breath in the house, on account of all the duste. He paid himself without providing me an invoice. I had to chase him 3 days to get an invoice so I can file a complaint with BBB. He provides a horrible service and I had to cancel my credit card and order a new one.

Just had Darren over from Duct and Mist to clean and sanitize my ducts. He was very professional, took the time to explain the process, and did an excellent job. He even came in at half the price of the competitors! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to have their ductwork cleaned!

Duct and Mist came to clean the duct work at my home recently and was very good and thorough. I especially appreciated the fact that I was given a before and after picture of my ducts and I could see the obvious difference and how it was worth the investment to have it done. I will definitely have them come back in 2 years as recommended. Very professional and curtious service.

Duct and Mist Cleaning Services came today to clean the old vents in our house prior to a central air installation and we were not disappointed! Very professional from booking to job being completed! He called when 20mins away so we knew when to expect him and did a great job cleaning out the vents! Took before and after photos to show us what was removed and I was shocked at the stuff in there! So glad we chose them to clean and sanitize them prior to use! We will continue to use their services! Highly recommend them!
