Excellent company to deal with. Very quick to respond to call for estimates. Very fair pricing, good quality materials. Installers were fantastic, cleaned up and no mess left behind. First we had a cover put over our deck, then called later to have railing put up. Top quality service and people. Highly recommend. Many thanks to Pat, Lulu and their team.

Terrible customer service, several calls ti get a quote. Never showed up for on site quote. Business must be good to walk away from people wanting railings installed. Find another company to work with !

Overall, super happy dealing with the company right from the first phone call to the office and then with the measuring guy. Pat came out the next day to measure and gave us a quote the same evening. Two weeks later awnings were put up, just in time for the big rain on the weekend.

I was very happy with the service at BC Awnings. They are very busy as it seems that everyone wants a patio cover, but Pat worked hard to provide excellent service. After the first rain I had two leaks and the gutter slope needed to be improved. Pat did a great job in the after-service and fixed it. We enjoy our new patio cover a lot. Thanks Pat.
