I would not recommend listening to anything these guys have to say when it comes to any home you are buying with them. They allow the current owners to lie about the condition of the homes & lie about what things work & do not just to get a sell.. Then when you let them know they've allowed someone to sell you a lemon..they ignore you. I was told my ac unit worked. It did not but because i bought in winter..they knew i wouldn't find out it didnt work until it was too late to blame them. The ac comes on initially..runs once but does not stay on. So any damages the home has & mine has a lot. They hid it all or just didnt care. They sell lemons. Water damaged lemons..and its fine with them. They'll hide it all from u just to make a sell
