Fixed my ebike, spokes, new tires and I was stuck in 3rd gear. Now the battery seems to last longer and it goes faster. They are the only ones I could find that had a relationship with my distributor in Montreal, amazing job guys! Thank you! ❤️☺️

It's the best and most absolutely the nicest place to buy a bike in Barrie.

I was blown away by the amount of bikes and gear and was a little intimidated by the overwhelming technical atmosphere.I waited a long time for someone to talk to me and walked in and out of the store several times hoping someone might address me?I finally just walked up to the counter and asked loudly if anybody could help me?A person did then come to my aid and was very knowledgeable and helpful but the parts I wanted were not in stock and needed to be ordered? I also called the store in advance of my visit and my call was not returned?It’s a very busy store and well established but if you’re a beginner maybe go during the week when it’s a little less busy?Overall I liked the store but was a little disappointed.

In the jungle of bike stores this particular store is the king. Their service staff are exceptionally friendly, their service is prompt and the prices fair. I have a little store crush and would love to see inside yet with COVID they have been able to keep my weeks full of adventure and freedom as I cut through the trails. 100% worth spending your money here.

Issue .Rear axle broke and could not get a replacement. Checked some of the other biking outlets in the area and I could not even get a rear wheel with the axle.Morgan Lemen the owner found a good used axle and was so nice to replace it as well. I am back on bike riding again. Next time I visit, I am going on a test ride on the big yellow bike outside for sure ....easily seen from the 400 : )

Some of the most friendly, helpful and approachable staff around! I came with my girlfriend to buy a seatpost and while we were there we decided to have a look around for fun. Sales staff didn't mind and Max was super helpful taking the time out of his busy day to help size a bike for my girlfriend and answer some of our beginner questions. When new bike day comes, I definitely know where I'm headed!

Awesome support after sale. Selection and expertise is 1st class. Highly recommend.
