RVC - Real Vapour Company

Is there a 6 star option? First time going in there today, was a great experience! Very new to purchasing better quality kits, so I had tons of questions. Jesse I think his name was very helpful and patient. Even helped me set everything up and walked me through all the settings and explanations. Helped me pick out a kit that met all my needs and at no point did he try to push more expensive options on me that I didnt need. This place is great... good location... clean and inviting store.... tasty liquids. They even have a rewards card for liquids. Highly recommend this place for newer and seasoned users. It will 100% be my go to place for anything I need.

I'll preface this novel of a review by saying that I have never reviewed anything online before, but I feel absolutely compelled to do so because of their unbelievable customer service. I originally bought my vapourizer three weeks ago because I decided I was done with smoking. I visited this store, and told them that I wanted a high end set up, so that I wouldn't feel the need to upgrade in the near future. Gio helped me pick out everything, after carefully listening to what I wanted. He even tried to offer me less expensive options, as he was concerned that maybe I didn't need such a high end set up to start. I still decided to go with the high end set up, and without me even asking, he gave me special pricing because I bought batteries, charger, tank, box, and juice. I went in a couple days later, to grab some more juice, and Connor was there to help me out. I inquired about coils, and instead of trying to sell me them right there, he recommended that I held off until I tried out the other type that the tank came with. I was having battery issues a couple days later, and Connor switched them out for a better set without even the slightest hesitation. I've since been back in there to ask questions, and buy juice, each time having been a pleasant experience. Today, I had issues with two coils I purchased, only went in to get a second opinion, and Connor once again went completely above and beyond, despite there being nothing wrong with my coils(which would have been the manufacturer's fault anyways).I have never been so impressed by a business before. It is obvious that the only thing that matters to these guys is that the customer is not only satisfied, but leaves in a great mood with all their questions and concerns taken care of. They are exceptionally knowledgeable, very friendly, and they reward customers with amazing deals and incentives all the time. Every single time I've been in the store, there is always other customers in there, and there's clearly a reason for that. On top of it all, they have a fantastic selection of premium juices with about 30 different types to sample.I will never set foot in another shop as long as I am anywhere near this part of Ontario, as these guys are the definition of class.

In this era of hi & bye sales the staff at RVC are still focused on personal attention to customers, answering your questions and providing you accurate information on Vaping trends and products. It is very nice to have that level of service in a local business. Just visit them and see for yourself how great the staff really are

Been purchasing vape products at both locations for several years now. Rvc is the only vape shop that carries my favourite salt nic juice called Silknic. One of the cleanest and nicely decorated vape shops in the tri-cities. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere as soon as you enter the shop. Definitely check them out.

Really friendly staff, made getting a gift for a friend easy.

Had an excellent experience at RVC. A friend took me there and I dealt with a guy named Dillon. He was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I felt extremely comfortable, even when asking the dumb" questions. Never felt any pressure of being upsold with the more expensive setups. I would recommend RVC. Cheers."

It's ok but they guy there is always ride to me and doesn't seem to want to help. He has no problem with selling you the wrong think and overall I just feel uncomfortable at this store. Yhe plaza that it's in is really difficult to get in and our of. Will be my last time.

Great friendly knowledgeable staff. An epic selection of mods, tanks, rda's, juice and kits.Best shop in KW. Friendly inviting environment for people of all ages.Edit (2 years later): still the best shop for all of the above! Best pod prices too to my knowledge. I must also say again, the staff at both locations are amazing. They don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. It goes a long way for repeating customers like myself. I will keep going back!
