Sent 2 emails regarding citizenship inquiry, never heard back, called for a follow-up and was advised I would hear back shortly, sent a 3rd follow up email and still never heard back from anyone even after a month and half passed. Extremely disappointed as I had high hopes based on the wonderful reviews and a brief conversation that I had with the individual whom I had spoken to initially. I just wish they’d be transparent about not wanting to take on any new clients.
