Service is really bad and they robe you if you want a refund even if your still in the store , staff are rude if you ask for a full refund and it is not worth to get in a argument with them even the manager is arrogant

If I could give zero stars I would, worst customer service and laughably overpriced.I would strongly advise ordering elsewhere just for the attitude of the people that work there.pretty sure the guy that served me was the boss and I will never spend a buck there again.

Service a la clientèle très inquiétant. Le gars au téléphone n'arrêtait pas de m'interrompre et n'était pas très chaleureux. On se sent comme si on les dérange et pour une business indépendante, il faudrait mieux traiter ses clients.

J’ai acheter 4 u-join skf pour un montant d’un peu plus de 250$ , après installation et 1h d’usure un des 4 joint à cassé en 2 . Après 1 appel chez gbs je me fait répondre avec l’air bête et je me fait dire que ce n’est pas garantie et que si je veux retourner ceux qui ne sont pas installer il faut que je paye 20% de la facture . Pour moi gbs c’est fini et je recommande de rester à l’écart de ce distributeur qui vous traite comme des moin que rien

The guy at the main desk is awfully and utterly disrespectful. Not one bit of compassion. Very disappointing. DO NOT and I repeat, DO NOT step foot in this place. Anyway all of this should be clear just by looking at this outdated logo, what kinda 1542 cr@p is this.

La petite fille au comptoir est très charmante et souriante c’est votre directrice adjointe qui est vraiment du pour des vacances ou un bonne entretien avec le patron à savoir si elle aime son travail, un manque évident de professionnalisme , tu ne reçois pas un client avec un aire bête et lui faire sentir que tu dérange royalement
