I had a great experience at my RMT massage. Mary Jane was extremely helpful and knowledgable. She brought to my attention several issues including balance and gait issues that I did not know I had. I really appreciate all the tips she gave me and will definitely return in future.

I used to go to so many places but this location was my worst experience.When I asked for a female massage therapist the receptionist started asking me personal questions as why I didn’t want that male therapist and is it me or my husband that wants that! Which is a very personal thing and she didn’t even try to change to a different massage therapist and even though I was there she charged me as no show and I paid from my pocket …So unprofessional!I won’t recommend this location.

straight up scam, I booked a 1 hour massage, had to fill in a paper before getting the massage and by the time it started it was 15 minutes after my booking time so ended up having to pay full price for a 45min massage. not to mention they didn't even spend that much time on the muscles that I specified in that paper. they spend like 35 minutes doing every other muscles in my body and like 5-10 minutes on the muscles I really needed the massage on. So basically I came out feeling the same way I went in.

I had a horrible massage from Martina. She only focused on one part of my back and was causing me a lot of pain by pressing so hard on knots. When I asked her to move to a different spot she moved to my legs where she touched me so lightly it just tickled. After the massage was over she asked how I was feeling and I said fine and then she proceeded to slam the door on the way out. I have had many massages before and I have never felt so horrible after a massage. I was looking forward to relaxing after a stressful week and this RMT just made it worse. Now my back is extremely sore. I don’t recommend going here.

Extremely rude staff. Booked an appointment and less then 1hr later called to cancel as I could not make it. They told me pretty much not to book again lol. When I said I'm just wont book any appointment anymore she said happily said OKAY! And hung up on me ? Lol . I get you have a cancelation policy but don't take bookings less then 24hrs thenNot like anyone was booking in that space I the next 1hr. I have really good benefits and just lost an frequent potential custom due to the rude customer service at this location

The massage itself was so-so. The receptionist was more concerned with confirming tomorrows appointments than handling the patients in person. The location was cold and not as pleasant or clean as one might expect. Worn dirty sparse uncomfortable waiting room. Therapist arrived to work moments before the appointment. Treatment room and lotion used were freezing cold. Music was very loud. Overall not someplace I would return. Looking for something more friendly and pleasant.

Gregory is by far the best RMT I have ever had. After having his work I honestly don’t know what it have been paying for every other month for year with other people. Not only did he address every ache and pain, he let me receive self care in peace. Thank you for not trying to chat and letting me relax. Book with him!!!!

I came here to get a message and i have coverage from my insurance. The company knew that someone they hired new was not on the portal to add to my insurance to submit my claims but did not tell me that before i got my massage. After my massage, they informed me that they cannot add the massage thereapy to the insurance yet so they have to charge me full amount $100+ hst. I was forced to pay out of pocket and had to submit it myself. the problem here is they should have informed me that since she was new and cannot submit it through insurance, then i would wait to book when she is or go somewhere else who can summit the claim for me directly. I felt they were not honest and had to give their client trouble instead of saving the trouble and be upfront, client would not be upset. the massage is great but not the integrity and honestly. i called back and they claim they cannot do anything about it after 30 days. they dont try to fix the problem or make it not a problem for some client. if anyone experience this, give me your feedback so there a better solution for future client.

Went to this place for the first time yesterday and had an excellent experience with the RMT Sameh Said. I had some pain in my upper back and an area around my left shoulder blade and it all was gone after the massage and I felt like a newborn. Strongly recommended!

Had the pleasure of visiting recently. There has been management change and the new staff. Certainly pays attention to detail and are professional. Good luck to them in continuation of effort towards maintaining consistency
