Generally I thought it was a pleasant store until my daughter fell and hurt herself in the parking lot tonight. Her hoodie got dirty, she cut her knee, twisted her ankle and cut her hand. She still went in the store and immediately a staff member asked what she was looking for, followed her around the store and then when she paid they pointed to the door and said the door is that way. She felt treated like a criminal for having looked dirty from falling. Perhaps your staff should stop assuming that a resident of Chestermere is not a trouble maker when they simply got hurt. Look on your video cameras…..I’m not impressed!!!

Best grocery store/convenience store in chestermere. They have the best plants in all of chestermere including Venus fly traps, and beautiful bouquets. Hot meals and cold meals beautiful seafood and produce. One issue is the customer service and the price but other than that I would highly recommend it.

Nice clean store and front end staff is excellent. Asked meat staff if I could get a smaller tray of chicken thighs and was told no. As a former Sobeys manager I know that the customer should be accommodated. Very disappointed as the only trays available were 12 packs.

False advertising. They display a sign for buy one get one free but ran out of chicken and didn’t change the sign. When you get to the til they tell you it’s not on sale. All I got was a sorry. Worst customer service. No frills will get all my business now.

I went to there deli to get a sandwich and asked if I could get the lumberjack without mustard they were like no.... You job is to make them why can't you make me a new one... It not my fault I'm allergic to mustard, Why call yourself a deli if you won't make the customer sandwiches a complete waste of my lunch Like get your act together
