Nothing is worst than starting a vacation with a flat tire but three in a short time sucks After a night at a hotel in Cambridge we limped into Kal Tire on Saturday morning. To say the least Gary was awesome and very helpful. Not two, not three,going for four and five including our spare on our trailer was on and ready to go by 930 Saturday morning. Words cannot express how much we appreciated Ben,Dayton,Damien. They were professional,pleasant and very sympathetic. We continued on but we will never forget the boys at KalbTire. Cambridge

I can't say enough about the amazing staff at this location. They identified that my brakes were in immediate need of servicing while doing a routine tire changeover. Not only did they fit me into their schedule within two days, they were also able to salvage some of the parts which would have ordinarily required replacement. The team here is honest and takes the time to explain what's needed, and why. I would recommend this location to anybody who is tired of inflated dealership pricing and unnecessary upsells. Thank you again! You have yet another loyal customer.

BEYOND FIVE STARS. I was stuck with a blown out tire and Kal Tire didn't have the tire I needed at that moment but I needed my car right away. Kal Tire did everything they could to find a solution for me and I was able to get on the road very quickly. Incredibly customer service - highly recommend. Thanks guys!

Bought a set of wheels elsewhere and was able to book an appointment to get them installed same day. I asked that special care be taken with these new wheels since they were rather costly and I would hate to see them scratched up, 2 hours later and they were installed in perfect condition including some special installation instructions. It's clear to me that the employees take pride in their work and I appreciated their professionalism.

I recently had a flat tire on my way to work and was in a bit of a panic. Luckily, I found this tire repair shop and they were able to fix my tire quickly and efficiently. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to ensure that my tire was in good shape before I left. I was impressed by their professionalism and the quality of their work. If you're ever in need of tire repair or replacement, I highly recommend this shop. They truly deserve five stars.

Excellent Service! I brought my truck in for an alignment after installing a levelling kit. Unfortunately, with the truck being a 2023, the manufacturer hadn’t released specs to get the truck aligned. But that didn’t stop Cory and Dayton from trying their best to get it aligned. It took a couple attempts but they did their best and went above an beyond to assure that the alignment as close as possible. I appreciate the time and effort put in by these guys and if they care that much about customer satisfaction, then I surely would recommend them.

I had my car in to have to winters taken off and summers put on at Cambridge location. I was missing my lock socket to get my tire off so they had to stop. Ran across to Toyota to get a new one. Went back and they fit me in even with a busy scheduled, which I very much appreciated. Got home and right front was almost flat, called and they responded immediately by sending Ryan with one of the roadside service trucks. He was very thorough, inflated and found the valve had debris in it and in very quick order and was on his way. They have always provided great service, but the measure of a company is how they address problems/concerns and they blew this one out of the park for me.
