Ordered chicken chow mein. It was cold and dry and had a bad smell. I usually order from the wok inn and I should have because this is absolutely terrible!!!!!! SO DRY!!!!

I've stopped by a couple of times for their bubble drinks, but tried some take out food the other day and was pleasantly surprised! Their locations in Vancouver don't have as extensive of a food menu. We had beef fried rice, almond chicken, and an eggplant dish. The portion of the fried rice was good, it was a bit oily, but the taste was there! I liked the almond chicken. It had a good breading and wasn't dry at all.M&S has a great selection of drinks and toppings. They also have affordable combo meals and quick snack eats (fries, curry fish balls). Will definitely be back!

After several trips, the service has always been friendly, decently professional and the food has come out pretty quick. The drinks and food I've tried were all enjoyable too. The menu is huge, and it could really use proper organization for plant-based items, along with probably a few more plant-based options. I'm sure they can make all kinds of things, but the menu truly needs more care to improve the service and the whole experience.

Absolutely amazing I’ve never been to a better bubble tea place . Taste fresh and not artificial I ended up here because my usual spot was closed but this will forever be my go to. 12/10

Excellent food, not drowning in grease like some other restaurants in the same category. Good variety of authentic and generic dishes to appease the white people. Bubble tea are fantastic with excellent weekly specials at a good price. Been coming here since they opened and will continue to do so, thanks ladies!

This place is such a secret gem! I've been twice (once for dine-in, once for take out) and both times were great. We plan to go back many more times.Kelowna doesn't really have great options for Chinese food, but Milk & Sugar challenges that. Delicious Chinese food, lots of veggies and good size pieces of meat. Prices were great for the high quality food and portion sizes.It's also my favourite spot for bubble tea in Kelowna, and I've tried all of them. I love that they have fresh fruit options.
