Was excited to visit when I saw the reviews mentioning friendly staff and the fact that it was near our hotel.We walked in and at first no one was in the store but after a few minutes, a shop worker came out and said hello and then went straight to the register where she was on her phone / computer. She didn't ask if we needed help finding anything, told us her name or asked if we were looking for something specific.First time visiting the shop was a bit overwhelming as there are A LOT of products in there. I find it a bit crowded and hard to move around in the aisles or around displays.We asked a question about something and her answers were very short and felt dismissive. I understand that there is a sanitary aspect to these products but the package didn't show the answer to what I was asking.We ended up purchasing things but not with any help from the attendant.
