We have used home climate pro ever since moving into our home, can’t say enough good things about the service. Very honest company and work always gets done on time. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Good service with fast communicationIn December we had our old water tank go out on us 3 days before Christmas. Matt came over and installed us a new hot water tank explaining properly what our choices where. I also requested to have the tank moved and placed in a different location. Few days later Matt showed up on time and with all equipment. He did the work in the said time frame and left the area clean.Because this was a new tank and I was used to the old one, I had a few questions in the weeks that came after. Matt had no problem getting back to me in a timely matter.In March we decided to replace our 17 year old furnace. We gave the contract to Home Climate Pro after having 4 estimates done. They did great work. Not only did they sell us and install a furnace that is not sized for our home, Matt had his partner come in too to do some ducking which is his specialty.A few weeks later I requested a new thermostat and Matt was over the next evening. Installed it and showed us how to use it. We are now fully upgraded in our products and are 100% happy with the service, products, quality and cost of the service.

I contracted the services of Home Climate Pro to inspect and clean my furnace and air conditioners at two separate properties and I was impressed.It started with Christine on the phone, friendly warm and couteous. Booked my first appointment. Mat, one of two owners, came to visit and thoroughly cleaned and inspected my furnace. He then explained to me about how much longer I could expect to keep my furnace. He explained the pros and cons of keeping it or replacing it. On his next appointment he did the same thing for my second property furnace and also cleaned and inspected my air conditioner.I appreciated his honesty and he did not try to 'sell' me a new furnace but I now know what my options are. Due to their totally professional manner, I will be purchasing new furnaces and an air conditioner from them when the time comes.I have referred them many times and people who have purchased furnaces and air conditioners from them are more than pleased.It is like a breath of fresh air finding a great company with good people to deal with. Mat replaced an old hot water tank that failed on us. Both him and Christine are down to earth people who take the time to explain all the nuances of the replacement. I would 100% recommend using them for all of your HVAC needs, we will be reaching out to them in the fall when we replace our aging furnace. No BS straight shooters. Oh, and Mat left the box for the new tank which my son has been playing with for a week. Now that is a value added service!

We had a great experience with Matt, he certainly to look at am issue with our central air, he was able to diagnose, and offer a solution with efficiency. We would definitely recommend him and his team to anyone who asks.

Matt at Home Climate pro recently installed a hot water tank for me. He was very quick to respond and installed it next day after I called him (was end of day the first day after the call he looked at the current hot water tank and it was dead, not burning right and cleaning did not help). I would highly recommend using Home Climate Pro. They were incredibly accommodating when I asked for a quick turnaround on visiting my home and preparing a quote to replace my furnace and central air conditioner. The quote was competitively priced for products I later learned through research on Consumer Reports to have the lowest breakdown rate of any furnace brand. I appreciated their patience explaining the advantages and disadvantages about the units they suggested, including understanding my family’s needs and not trying to up-sell to a larger AC unit that would not have been necessary for the size of my home. Booking installation was very smooth, and they showed up as scheduled. My only critique was that they didn’t clean up some of the minor debris produced from installing the furnace. This only took me two minutes of vacuuming, so not a big issue by any measure. I look forward to continuing to work with them for my heating and cooling maintenance needs in the years to come.
