My experience when putting in a complaint with a photo of the complaint to CRW worker Mcnay st Firstly he insulted my integrity and said he doesn't know how anyone can hang clothes on my balcony rail.I sent the pic he tells me to move the clothes back to the other balcony.I told hi.thats not my job.I asked him please speak to the occupant of that balcony tell them not to hang clothes on my balcony.
