guy in sales doesn't care at all, said he wouldn't accept my trade in, and said if any vehicles matching what i was looking for came in he'd let me know, after that i saw multiple vehicles on their site that matched what i was looking for and no call from them, ended up trading in at another dealer and they gave me more than i was expecting for my trade-in no problem. its amazing how much money these dealers miss out on from their employees laziness.

We made an appointment to have our Lincoln picked up for regular servicing. They showed up at our house with a loaner and drove our Lincoln back to Lindsay. The service department staff phoned us with updates. Our Lincoln was retuned as promised with everything done and looking clean. Impressed with the customer care and communications made.

My friend and I, both young women, went in to look at a new SUV. We had an incredibly pleasant saleswoman, and were discussing finances after settling on the vehicle she wanted. A salesman walked by and said something to the tune of her being Mom" because.. she was speaking to two young women I guess? The saleswoman was visibly uncomfortable as were we. We left pretty much immediately and went next door to Honda. THEY certainly didn't make any inappropriate gender/age related jokes. If he makes comments as such around customers literally purchasing a new vehicle
