Canadian Tire

It was the service center. Booked the appointment for alignment a week and a half ago. Sent me reminder throughout the week and yesterday a reminder to drop it off 15 minutes early. I showed up 20 minutes early and the lady had repeated the same thing she said on the phone that it should Bea hour to complete. Say I said well I going to shop and I will be back. Spent 190$ inside the store while waiting. I then left to McDonalds across the plaza spent a half hour there to come back to find my car still in the parking lot exactly were I parked it 1hr later. Anyways I return what I purchased just as they were taking my car out. 2 and a half hours later. Unbelievable very sad. Never again.

SO aesthetically pleasing!!!!!!Loved this store and their tidy, uniform displays.The prices of these cars are AMAZING too!!!! Only $12.99 and the quality is amazing. SO WORTH IT.Love this store - so clean and tidy too

Found what I was looking for with no problem. Quite a few people there, but only 3 to 5 min wait for cashier. But, I had the very nicest lady to check me out. Courteous, efficient and friendly. Thank you.

This location typically has helpful and friendly staff. The website doesn't always reflect current stock but they are always willing to go in the back to get something that isn't out.The 4 stars is simply due to the credit card sales people.

Phenomenal service in the automotive department!At the beginning of a road trip I broke one of my wipers and my mom temporarily fixed it... with tape!I stopped in to a Canadian tire on my way (in Woodstock) and I couldn't be happier with my choice! I've never received such amazing service by ANY automotive shop; including big name dealers (I even worked at one before).Jenipher was so welcoming and helped me out immediately. She was absolutely the best first impression, and helped me feel at ease that I wasn't going to get a sales pitch. She made sure I knew exactly what options I had and helped me make the right decisions.The technicians were efficient and friendly. It's so refreshing to see people who actually enjoy what they do!Melanie was nothing short of fantastic. She added all of the extra little touches like making me a coffee and chatting me up as she checked in on me, which made the wait time fly by.If you are like me and are hesitant with getting you car serviced because you don't know much about cars, or just want to be certain that you aren't getting up-sold on unnecessary parts or services, this is THE ONLY place to take your car!Also, Dewansh deserves a mention as well. He helped me save some money while I was hanging out on the waiting area. He has a great personality and is very approachable!I couldn't recommend this store enough!

Wouldn't give the front desk staff or the mechanic less then 5 stars. I called with less then 45 minutes before they were closing with an issue with a rusted lug nut that wouldn't come off. They said if I could get there right away they could take care of it. They also put on the summer tire and torqued the tires all around. I spoke with the mechanic and he was all smiles and the front desk staff were just happy to help me out and to top it all off they did it free of charge. Honestly overall just extremely happy. Thanks again to everyone who helped me tonight!

What an amazing store!!!Visited this store recently and was impressed with how tidy and organized everything was. I saw these GIANT colouring books for kids and want to grab my kids all of them for Easter!!! Such a great price, eco/green and lots of colouring pages!Definitely will frequent this store more often :)April 2023 Update to this review:LOVED this clean, neat and FULL display of the Joie kitchen items!!!!! Very easy on the eyes, loved it! These are such great prices too!!!

I will not take my car anywhere else. The staff are helpful, delightful, and I feel valued as a return customer. I do not feel as though they look for ways to increase my bill, but do communicate what needs to be addressed, and what to keep an eye on.Thank you, Woodstock Canadian Tire Auto Service!
