These guys know what they are doing. Perhaps a little short on communication side but that is compensated by the quality of their work.Parking can be tight and watch your tires as lots of sharp metal garbage around.

Looks like good quality parts but have never used them for installing anything. Took me 4 days to finally get someone to answer the phone and sell me parts. The customer service I received was poor and when it was brought to the salesmans attention he found it amusing that I was upset. I won't be returning to the shop to do business

Mr. No Name is posting reviews on a company hes never been a customer of....suggest No name ship out of the city...I personally dont want them here, their post are a negative eyesore. As for spring works, they are the only place in Saint John I and many other people trust for suspension work. Ive had shocks replaced on F-150s, main leafs replaces, helper leafs installed and recently had a couple leafs and sway bar linkages replaced there.

Have used this business several times for suspension work, they do quality work at a fair price, and the employees are great to deal with. Consulted them before I found a truck for snowplowing, and their advice saved me a LOT of grief. The negative review on here has NOTHING to do with the service and should not even be allowed.
