Boutique Lofts Milton Parc

I took my wife here for her Birthday weekend. It was the most perfect stay we've had in a very long time. Thank you for making the process so easy and simple. Everything was well thought out to make to stay, smooth, simple, and easy. The Loft was super clean, everything in its place. All of our boxes was checked with you guys. The check in process was super easy with the access codes for the building and unit. The unit decor was very stylish and trendy which was very refreshing. The lighting placements all thru the unit was perfectly placed. The space was very open and airy. We felt like Royalty staying here. Milton Lofts are like hidden gems of Montreal. Regardless the neighborhood of downtown isn't the greatest, once inside the building, we were welcomed with peace and tranquility walking into our unit. Thank you for allowing me to have my decorator make unit special for my wife before we arrived. Everything worked out perfect and she loved it!Thank you for a beautiful weekend we'll never forget!

We were disappointed with the cleaning fee charged for this place, considering the apartment was very dusty and not clean when we arrived, and only one toilet paper roll was provided for 4 people for our two night stay. When I reached out, the host offered to have the cleaning crew bring more even though they knew we were checking out. Apartment is in a good location, but based on our experience I'd prefer to stay somewhere else.

It was absolutely amazing! The loft is dreamy and perfect. Our team was there for work and it was just perfect! Quiet! Beautiful! We recommend this place to anyone! Right at the heart of downtown and so close to many things. The place is clean! Just dreamy! We loved our stay!

The apartment’s look is very modern and just as in the photos. It was clean and had everything we needed, including towels and toiletries. It is very conveniently located within walking distance to the Old City and many good restaurants. Beds are king size and very comfortable. The host was very responsive and provided 24Hours contact information to ensure we were okay. We highly recommend it and we’d definitely come back to stay here.

My stay was awesome! You really just need to respect their rules. I rented the place for my birthday. Us girls can do a lot with just four people. We had a blast and took awesome pictures. Obviously time flew by after 11pm they’ll actually warn you about quiet hours. It doesn’t help that we talk loud! Overall it was a great experience!

The interior was perfect and quite affordable for the price. Definitely felt like a local and the place was exceptionally clean. Me and my partner were saying we’ll come back every time we visit Montreal!

Loft was great. Lots of space and full kitchen. Service was great. Experienced cold shower on last day. Would still highly recommend

Beautiful and very clean apartment located perfectly near everything right downtown Montreal! Near grocery stores, liquor stores, restaurant, cafes, old Montreal, Mont Royale and parks!!!!!I will go back there for my stays all the time when I go to Montreal!We went for our daughter’s Graduation from McGill University which was 7 minute walk so perfect! Easy check in and easy check out, great 3 night stays!

Lovely high ceiling loft, clean and beautiful simple decor, a TV in each bedroom and also in common space. Appreciated the heater by the couch for the cooler evening. It had the essentials needed in the kitchen, microwave, full fridge, Nespresso, dishes, including beautiful cutlery, etc. Everything worked fine. Could use a bit more storage space in bedrooms or even a bench to place our clothes &/or carry-ons.Location was convenient, too bad some homeless like to hang around the immediate area. But there's an excellent Pizza/poutine restaurant called ALTO, 2 stores over open 24 hrs and we so enjoyed their wings, pizza and poutine at 3am!!!Overall great value, just a few dollars more than a standard boring hotel room.

Mixed experience. The loft was great with one exception, the downstairs bed was worn out and shaped like a banana. We kept rolling to the middle. Other than that, the loft itself was great. However, there are often homeless milling about the front door and in the vestibule and the windshield of our car was smashed late in the evening while parked in front of the loft. So very nice loft (other than the worn bed) in a concerning neighborhood.
