I found Grant did not welcome criticism, and his initial responses were to push back and suggest I was wrong.First, the draft documents were poorly drafted and used words in the incorrect form. Terms that should be plural were singular. It took several back-and-forths to get them satisfactory. I felt argued with rather than listened to. I almost walked away. I expect meticulous accuracy and attention to detail when drafting a legal document. I did not get this. Instead, I felt I was being difficult. Only when I arranged a phone call did we resolve my concerns. In the end, he expressed appreciation for my diligence. He could have started with this.Second, I was misled by his email quoting the price. Truly, I misread the email. When I said something, his initial response was to point out why I was wrong. Subsequently, he apologized for the misunderstanding. Another missed opportunity to build loyalty. No need to point out my error; I had already paid the bill!Customer loyalty and good recommendations are earned when the customer feels valued. Grant, there is room for improvement.

I recently used the services of Mr. Sauer for the second time in eighteen months. First was the conveyances/mortgage when I moved home which was smooth and efficient from start to finish. The second time was just a couple of weeks ago when I was a walk-in" client. I was greeted professionally at reception and seen amost immediately by Grant for which I was so grateful given that I needed documents certified urgently. The services provided to me were highly professional and I recommend him unreservedly."

Not only was I very clear in my correspondence ( all in email ) that it’s my paperwork, I will pay for it. I will pick it up ,he ( Gary) gave all my legal paperwork to my ex wife and then acted like it was no big deal saying “ you didn’t tell us not to give it to her”. Unreal .. lots of great notary’s in town. Try them first
