Calculated Moving

We have used Calculated Moving twice and both times they were extremely professional in the lead-up to the move and during the move. We definitely would use them again!

Our experience with Calculated Moving was fantastic! Their handling of our belongings was impeccable. We had some large, expensive and heavy furniture pieces, but none of them were damaged in the process. The movers displayed incredible care, efficiency, and precision while handling our items, which really put my mind at ease. They also made it look easy, maneuvering a treadmill and a massive chest freezer down our tight basement staircase. The cost ended up pretty much the same as the estimate they gave us, and they didn't damage any walls or furniture. Plus, the crew was super friendly, clearly loving what they do and having a good time. They made the stressful process of moving a lot less stressful. I highly recommend Calculated Moving.

We had a great experience with calculated movers during our last apartment move. They were fast, professional, had good attitudes, and showed up right on time. I booked them again right after for another furniture move. The rates are very reasonable and I would recommend them to a friend.

I heard about Calculated Moving from a Reddit post and was blown away by their work. The movers were careful, they came prepared, and they were so quick to respond and to be booked. I am totally going to use them again.

We have used Calculated Moving on 4 occasions. They are incredible! They are very efficient and the movers are fast. They call in extra crew members with your permission when needed and they even pivot their start times to the best of their ability when you request it. They are fast at responding to your texts and confirm their arrival times to the minute. They also respect your budget and the quotes are always honest. There are no hidden fees or ‘surprises’ that come up when you go to pay,They are fair with prices and do little jobs and big jobs too. The crew that comes is always polite, respectful and they keep your home clean. There also seems to be a great morale amongst the crew members and they do work collaboratively to tightly pack up the moving truck. They offer packing tips while on site and I honestly have never found a better company to use over the years. Although they don’t do across Canada hauling they were happy to fill our Big Steel Box for us which was tightly packed in a way to safely move our items through the mountains. I recommend treating these movers with respect as even having cold water and drinks available is appreciated by this crew that shows gratitude. I used calculated moving on my last move, and I was extremely impressed! They arrived right at 9am and were ready to go as they worked really fast and completed my move in just two hours. They handled all my items with care and even wrapped my dresser to prevent damage. I will definitely use calculated moving again, and would recommend them to anyone!

I had a move this past weekend from an apartment to a house and Calculated Moving was my first time working with any moving company. They had offered to arrive earlier than my booked time because they were able, were super efficient and finished exactly for their estimated moving window.Thank you for making my move so much easier.

Movers called to say they would be a little late 25 mins. No problem as they let us know. Guys were polite, professional, and obliging. I had a good feeling after first phone call with Evan, coowner. He was responsive and personable. Movers were the same. Prce was amazingly fair. I would hire them again!
