Golf Traders Edmonton Store Hours

The new store is nice, lots of space, but the selection of clubs has changed. Lots of high end clubs, very little low end clubs to choose from. It's too bad they choose to go this way but they have to pay for the new store somehow.

Amazing service!!! I must give a huge shout out to Anton. Got me into the right clubs for my swing and recommended I go through taylormade warranty for a broken club and now I have that club getting replaced. 5 stars all the way to the whole crew.

I can’t say enough good things about Golf Traders Edmonton. I came in looking for a new driver and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly/helpful. Anton spent 1 on 1 time with me going through different driver heads and shaft types until we found the perfect combo. He even offered me some tips on how to improve my swing and because of that I left hitting 60 yards further. No pressure sales either, he was as honest as they come. I will be coming back here for all my golf club needs!

My first (and only) purchase with Golf Traders started as a great experience. I was referred to GT by a good friend who knows a gentleman at the store.That same friend was in the store one day and saw a ‘22 demo driver in “like new”condition that I had been looking for. He picked it up for me and it was nice to get the club for good price.I returned to GT 3 months later to discuss exchanging the driver shaft (still in like new condition) for a better fit after playing a few rounds and some range practice. I was expecting to sell/trade the like new Project X shaft and buy/trade for a stock Mitsubishi. I was pleased with the support I was offered: a shaft exchange was done at no charge for another like new condition demo shaft. I was also told to come back if I needed to make any other changes, as I let them know I like to test clubs in outdoor range sessions and not the simulators.The second shaft was almost perfect (Mitsubishi AV White) but I ultimately decided I liked the Mitsubishi AV Blue profile better (I have it on other clubs). I returned within a week and swapped the like new White for the Blue. In the darker lighting of the store and with the good support experience I had had, I did not think to closely inspect the Blue shaft. In the sun on the course last weekend, I was disappointed to see the shaft was in used “average” to used “good” condition with obvious scratches and scuffs in several places on the shaft.I returned to GT today to exchange the rougher Blue shaft for a like new condition one, matching what I traded in (and paid for). They did not happen to have one and the support tone had changed. I was told if there were not gouges or chips, the condition of the Blue shaft was the same “demo condition” as the like new shaft I traded in. I was also told they had accommodated me enough and cannot do exchanges on equipment that has been hit a lot (after having this shaft for a week, hitting some range balls and playing one round).So not only could I not rely on their word that I could exchange a like new shaft a few times to get it right, I was told they did not see a difference between the like new shaft I exchanged and the used “average” to used “good” shaft they have now left me with, at a loss of value. The experience went from great (and I had already referred others) to disappointing where I will now likely replace the whole driver to not be reminded of this experience whenever I look at my bag.I’ll stick to other shops and Callaway preowned going forward. Used condition grades (and your word) matter to me. My original purchase price is no longer a good deal.***The owner’s response is inaccurate. The club was paid for in full from the outset. They then made verbal commitments to support some brief shaft experimentation, if required (assuming like new exchanged for like new). Ultimately, a like new shaft was exchanged for a rougher condition one, leaving the customer less than whole. Learned my lesson.***

I dropped by today with intentions of buying a new to me driver, I was helped by Anton who gave me swing tips that helped while testing the club. He even went the extra step and picked out a better suited club for me in the same price range. I highly recommend to go see Anton or any of the welcoming guys at Golf traders for new and pre-owned clubs.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff here. Club selection is endless. Clean and professional. Zero pressure sales, they will just keep bringing you clubs until you find what's right for you. Best go earlier in the day as the simulators fill up in the evenings, but it's sure nice to have all the time you want to smack clubs until you find the perfect fit.

Prices have increased... couldnt get any help.. seemed like one guy got all the attention in this store. Saw a used club for more than i paid for a new one at golf town. Only go here if youre looking for taylormade..

Can't say this enough best service at a golf shop. Not the greatest golfer but I forget the gentleman's name that helped me he was fantastic! I went in originally to upgrade my irons. The person helping me took a consultative approach and asked what I'm using now, how I pay, how I swing and my budget. We were in between Taylor made and Srixon a brand I have never heard of. He took the time to really walk through the brand where it came from and the positives on changing to them. went back into the Bays of used clubs and he told me flat out you won't need to upgrade irons for a long time the only thing he said would be better for my game was gonna be a few hundred dollars more. So I was sold on those Irons. Then I was curious about changing woods and putters, he took the time again to walk me through the putters what the pros and cons were behind each brand I was debating a two ball or scotty and we took maybe 30-40 putts lol. Went with the Scotty. As for the woods he gave me everything that was under or at my price range. Settled on the Srixon wood. with my trade ins ended up with an upgrade and walked out with a modern set of Srixon irons, Srixon 4 wood and Scotty putter. Can not recommend this place more. For the person that helped me I hope you see this and I appreciate your time and care! Will be back for a hybrid soon from your suggestion!!

Great experience dealing with Adam the other day, highly knowledgeable and professional. Took the time in finding me a suitable upgrade for my driver and 3 wood while staying in my price range. Would highly recommend shopping here for any new/used clubs and accessories as the prices are very reasonable and the staff are great.

My family and I have frequented Golf Traders for awhile now. we have always had a good experience whether trading items in or finding new to us items. The staff are always so helpful and knowledgeable! I recently had to fine tune my driver situation and Golf Traders definitely stepped up to help. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.
