Great flowers, great service! I actually parked in front of this store because I had my kids in the car and called and told him my budget, and he came out and handed a beautiful bouquet to me!

If I could leave a ZERO star review I would. I purchased the 'florist's deluxe daily choice' at $95 plus tax for Valentine's Day for my pregnant wife. What was chosen by this so-called florist was a cheap arrangement of the cheapest flowers (literally, these are the flowers on the list: yellow daisies, yellow lilies, purple iris', orange tulip, red rose (4 in total), yellow Alstroemeria, orange gerber daisies, white Chrysanthemums and green tree fern (filler)) - yes this screams Valentine's Day to my wife, doesn't it. It came in a cheap, small glass vase, with some pink tulle inside. Very cheap looking overall. Definitely a rip off. I could have got this bouquet for no more than $30 at my local supermarket, like Loblaws. The big yellow lilly at the side was completely damaged. I ordered for delivery in the afternoon. The delivery man did not arrive all day. At night after dinner, putting our toddler to bed, the doorbell rings frantically a few times, she goes out to find no one on the porch just a lonely bouquet on the ground. It was after 8pm. It really screamed thoughtfulness on Valentine's Day (sarcasm), arriving very late into the night after a whole day of her feeling neglected. The driver did not wait around to apologize. Instead he took off like a theif in the night. The card (if you can call it that) was written by someone with the penmanship of a school kid (block letters), it was not in an envelope, just a plain card that was ever so eloquently (again sarcasm) attached under their business card. That just eliminated all sense of romance, by having my personal message to my wife, hidden under their business card, in bad writing, without an envelope, like a second thought. Their first message was: 'brought to you by the Flower Designers.' The look on my wife's face said it all. Although it was the thought that counted, for this amount of money I spent, we both knew there were many other ways we could have spent our hard earned money: This price point can get you a nice dinner out with wine, her favourite perfum, lingerie,... the list is long for $95+ tax. Just such a rip off. The colours of bouquet were in no way related to Valentines Day. It looked more like an average bouquet for Easter. Did I mention there were red, blue and yellow cheap ribbons holding the clear plastic that covered the bouquet? No reds, pinks, whites. It did not look like a florist put this together. It looks like it literalliy came out of a supermarket floral arrangement into a cheap vase one has at home. Very, very utterly disappointed. Do not purchase from this florist. They make a mockery out of this trade and they really should put more thought and effort into what they do. To call this the deluxe florist's daily choice is sad. There was no choice, no thought. If so, then on Valentine's Day, they would have created something more appropriate, colour wise and choise of flowers. To see a bouquet filled with the cheapest flowers you can find, and spend such a steep price for it is very disappointing. Save yourself the disappointment. You can get a dozen long stem roses for less than this price. Do not consider this florist. Now I will contact them to see about their so-called (as per their website): '100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE.' They can try to make it up to her (and me) but today is no longer Valentine's Day, so making it up a few days later isn't going to cut it. Just get it right the first time and I would gladly pay this price.

Got some flowers from my boyfriend from this place for our anniversary yesterday, they were already wilting - see pictures.Not impressed as they obviously don't take people's nice gestures seriously and use cheap flowers.Would not recommend.

Ordered for an arrangement for a funeral one day before, and Taz and Celina were the amazing, helping and supportive in this difficult moment. Celina's casket flower arrangement was so beautiful, gracious and got the idea exactly as I was explaining the beauty of my friend and she printed on the flower arrangement. Taz was so accommodating and polite. Flowers were delivered on time. They are professionals and know their business. Highly recommend Top Flowers to anyone, more to the people who are passing for a difficult time and need above and beyond customer care.

Bought Valentine's Day flowers from here and had them delivered. This was the best/most positive flower delivery experience I've had. The flowers came in fantastic shape and looked wonderful, the florist did a terrific job and I will definitely be back!

My wife and I just received a beautiful arrangement for a special event. They were bright, fresh and beautifully arranged. A ray of sunshine on a dreary march day. Our compliments to the TFD team.

3.5-4 rating. Went in store and asked for immediate two different bouquets with some specifications on my end. The employee was very kind and helpful with my requirements. The other employee helped wrap and build it right away. Beautifully done at a decent price for immediate request. Flowers were in good condition.

I had bouquet sent to me by my family. It arrived in the afternoon although sender requested that it was delivered in the morning. Flowers arrived broken; one wilted within an hour and many petals fell off the very next day although I made sure they were placed in a cool spot and given fresh water. Called the shop and they sent a replacement bouquet the following day, just before 7 pm. I had to call to find out when they were coming. New bouquet was completely different from the first one which I accepted but the petals starting falling off the very next morning as well. So, very poor quality and not a great service. You can certainly buy a much fresher bouquet at Loblaws for the fraction of the price.

Ordering the flower arrangement I chose was simple and easy. They did not disappoint when the flowers were delivered. So beautiful and outstanding. Larger than what I viewed online. The timeline was excellent also and having it hand delivered without a box was pleasing. I will definitely use them again.
