Chiefs Heavy Truck Collision
Had rotted hood mounts/ plates on my 2007 Volvo VNL rebuilt by Chief's year ago. Everyone else was advising me to replace complete hood at that time, which I probably would if whole truck wasn't painted in 2018. Chief's told me to bring it in and they will rebuilt it. They saved me about $5000, they were honest and straight forward and did it on time they promised. Hood is still strong, maybe stronger than new. I didn't mind driving 250 kilometers to get that done and won't mind doing it again if I need body work done on a truck or car. Thanks again Chief's

This team knows what they are doing! Chief's has always been able to fix the problems with our work trucks and has been extremely helpful with keeping our trucks on the road! They are extremely knowledgeable and I have 100% confidence in their shop. Other shops we have used in the past would have us replacing parts that never solved the problem.. Take it to this shop and it's fixed, every time. This is the only shop I want to take my work trucks to in this area. I highly recommend taking your medium/Heavy duty truck here, they will solve the problems with your truck and keep you on the road! Trust in Chiefs!

I had some paint work done on my camper, and they did an amazing, quality job as well as making suggestions to improve the end look. When I had paint bubbling, it was no problem, just bring it in and we'll fix it. When it turned out the problem wasn't the paint, it was structural in the underlying frame, they came up with great solutions and were very conscious of my budget. Great to work with, helpful and they cared about what they were doing. I would give them as many stars as are available on any rating scale. Although they are a big truck" centre

Had some work done at Chiefs. Hood repainted, it matched the truck. New Bumper is not a match! Had my truck a week while I was on holidays and it wasn’t ready an lost an extra day of work!Now I’m going to loose 2 more days to get it matched. The amount of down time is almost equal to the cost of the job!

Had an alignment done by the mobile service. If I could give zero stars I would. Burned off a brand new set of steers before I figured out their alignment was way out. I wouldn't get them to align my bicycle. Go to Cambridge Mack body shop. Johnny is the best alignment guy around.

They do good work, but they have a reputation for it so they certainly have a large customer base (you'll probably be waiting longer than anticipated for your truck).Weve had 2 trucks over there for body work over the past couple of years, first one was fantastic, no issues.Second time we had to bring the truck back as some corners were cut, after reaching out to management (Kevin), they arranged to have the truck picked up and the issues fixed free of charge.Even though we had a less than stellar experience, Kevin's willingness to work with us to make it right means we will be returning in the future.
