We had dinner there last week and my food was delicious, I highly recommend the truffle Parmesan chips they are so good and I had the grilled cheese burger which was really good too. My partner had the pulled pork sandwich and the bun was super dry, he couldn’t eat it.

We ordered through Skip and when dinner arrived, it was very disappointing. The “salads”we received didn’t even contained very small hard rinds of lettuce and one piece of bacon. There were about 4 bites of salad in each container. The burgers were thrown together and were burnt. Very disappointing and we will not be ordering from here again.

Was greeted immediately upon enter. Music selection was great. The pulled pork poutine was delicious. Servers were attentive and checked in. One actually went out with a broom to clean the sidewalk, definitely not lazy and cares about her work ethic! Appearance outside does matter for appeal. Would return.

Went in today, March 19th at 4pm to order take out. It was very slow, waitress wasn't very friendly. Asked for cheese burger from kids menu and fish stack. Waitress asked is that it?". I said

Got the grilled cheese burger tonight and it came out raw. After about 10 minutes I was finally able to let a server know that my food is raw. The waitress had to track down our server and my server didn't seem to care or even offer to discount my item. Also my wife was never asked of she wanted a refill for her drink or if everything was fine. Not impressed at all

Tried brunch for first time. Friendly bartender told me to choose my own table, but waited at least 10 mins and then had to go find someone. Server.was cheerful and helpful.First coffee was cold but cheerfully replaced when asked.Had eggs benedict - was good but the hashbrowns and hollandaise sauce were ridiculously salty. Maybe some more owner/management involvement needed for quality control?

We’ve been coming here for years.CHANGE your music play list!After an hour or more you almost go postal.Thursday night is especially a downer.Aside from that, food quality is a constant.Servers hit and miss.Good place to visit.

Edit: we were contacted by the general manager and he gave us a gift card to use for a 2nd chance. We decided to give them another shot today. We had Logan as our server (the same one as before) she was friendly and super helpful tonight, the food was good and the service was amazing. She remembered serving us last time and apologized and thanked us for giving them a 2nd chance. That apology was appreciated 100%. I understand bad shifts can happen and OJ'S went above and beyond to make it right!If I could give negative stars I would. Food came out under cooked but our server wasn't coming back to the table so we had to track someone down to get her. She responded with so do want another one or can you eat this" ummm the meat is not cooked please make me a new one. 25 minutes the new burger finally came out. This one was cooked but again our server was no where around. Never asked how our meals were

We returned to this OJ's location today and had a far better experience. We were glad to see that our previous visit (below) was an anomaly and that this location delivered exactly what we expect from this restaurant chain.Previous review:We were there for lunch on a Friday. The place wasn't overly busy but they seemed ill prepared for the lunch rush. It took about 45 minutes before our food arrived at our table.The music level was rather loud for mid-day, more what you expect in the evening.The washroom was out of both soap and paper towels.I normally have very positive experiences at OJs restaurants, hopefully this was just an off day for this location.
