Sean and Hilary were terrific to work with. They advertised our house on all the social media websites and held open houses for us. They would follow up on all showings with the other real estate agents to get feedback. They let us know what comparable prices were selling for and were always available for phone calls or emails. I would highly recommend both of them to deal with if you are buying or selling a house.

Our family was happy in our home, and weren't planning to move, but we always wanted a heritage home with some acreage. When one came on the market, we had a small window to work with and didn't have much time to get our home ready and sold. However, Sean and his team made it happen. With some encouragement and supportive words, Sean saw us through the process and we couldn't be more grateful. We got our heritage home (so excited!!), and our house was listed and sold in 48 hours (thank goodness!). The team at Blue Coast Realty worked their magic and made it happen. After my tenants moved out, we were looking to increase the value of our rental property (after our mortgage payments we were sometimes only netting $50). Sean advised me on things I could do to make my property more appealing, and used his social media + ads + buyer/renter database, as well as a lawn sign to help fill my rental with high quality tenants. On Saturday I sent an email of interest on a property for lease. Within a matter of an hour Kevin Ryan responded to my inquiry. He gave me a bunch of options that fit my desired budget. I set up viewings for Sunday morning. My better half and I decided we wanted to apply for one of them. By Sunday evening the process was already completed and the lease had been signed.
