Absolutely ripped off. Placed a 5 ton truck order and had awful experience. Guys showed up to both pick up and drop off spots late, and took twice as long as quoted. Not only did the time take longer, but I was billed for double time too. When I called to discuss all they told me was too bad

Worst experience ever with a courier company. I completely understand when it gets busy and things get backed up. However, these are the times when you DON’T take the trips that you can’t do. An empty promise for a pickup that never happens is most unprofessional. An honest “We are too busy to do this delivery.” would have kept me as a customer. Lying to me earns a one star review. Only because I can’t give a zero.

We use Sierra Courier for our place of work and we pay to use the Executive 1 Hour or VIP 2 Hour Service... RARELY do they ever get here on time. Once I used the 1 hour service and it took them 4 hours to get here! Today we chose the 2 hour service and they are late again! No busy notices on their websites or anything. I'm frustrated to say that these aren't the only 2 incidents with this courier. And when I call Customer Service" they seem to not care. We will be looking into other couriers now. Do not offer these services if you can't deliver. Simple as that."

Best courier company in the city. Use them everyday sometimes multiple times - they rarely let me down and only when they are overloaded with work. Fair rates for same-day delivery.

We have been using Sierra Courier for our business for years and have always had excellent and quick service. Whenever we need something shipped out they are very quick to pick up the package and are super willing to help when it comes to your shipping needs. The few rare times that something has gone wrong they are always on top of it and have always found a solution.

Sierra has great systems and is highly reliable in our experience with them. One issue for us is tracking costs per client and they give us the data we need along with highly reliable deliveries.

I had an important document needs to be picked up with 2 hours time window only. MaryAnn(Manager)of Sierra Courier was so nice and helpful, she put all the necessary notes on my order and update me of the status by email. She responded all my inquires promptly. I'm so impressed by their service and will definitely use them again when necessary!!!

Really bad experience. We are a busy company with 3 locations, always having to send stuff between the offices daily. we always ask for the quickest service, and yet they very seldom pick up the parcel within the time frame its supposed to take them to even deliver it... a very recent bad experience;we called in a pick up yesterday for delivery the same day. the parcel was picked up around 1 pm but was never delivered. we went online this morning and it shows the parcel was attempting to deliver at 7:30 pm last night (we close at 4:30)... assuming they will try to deliver again at 8:30 am when we open.WRONG. instead they lie and say one of our employees cancelled the pick up and they never picked it up. after 30 min of us looking for this parcel they turn around and say the delivery man found it in his car and will be at the delivery location within 10-15 min. WRONG AGAIN, he shows up here 30 min later, with an attitude and no apology. WE WILL NOT BE USING THE COMPANY EVER AGAIN - And this has not been the 1st problem with them.. Not a happy camper.

Mlcc uses them to deliver product. The Mlcc gave me the order # and said to let the courier company know so they had the accurate delivery instructions. The person on the phone was beyond useless.She couldn't look up the delivery address, she couldn't look up the order # and when I asked if she could stay on the line so I could call the Mlcc and get this sorted between them since they are speaking diff languages, she hung up on me after saying we don't do that".Never use this company unless you want to lose customers."
