great place i come here often to buy arizonas or candy the staff are very friendly one of the best big bears ive been to as in a lot of places the people are usually mean so this place is really good

This whole store is rip off don’t even go there I recommend going to Dollarama then this scam store with their overpriced stuff and they even charge to use their debit card machine. My brother went their one time and he told me they’d ID him because they didn’t believe his age, like man are you serious? My brother is almost 6’3 and has beard and you ID him like a little kid? Get outta here your a joke smh.

They sell a lot of expired items for premium prices. Would not recommend. They sell many old and ancient items.

Guys it's a convenience store. Prices are going to be high. New ownership is wonderful. Attentive, professional, and the store is well stocked with items that aren't expired. I am excited to see how they do.

Staff are friendly however not knowledgeable and price savvy. When looking for Uhaul information to rent a truck they are unable to give quotes or provide any information. Most prices high however they have brought in a lot of new items.

$5 for a $2 1L bottle of ketchup, the prices here are insane, all the groceries" will surely expire before people start paying those prices

Love the new owners and what they are doing over there at big bear. The last owners were not the greatest so it’s nice to have a new team taking care of us everyday! We in the neighbourhood appreciate you guys keep up the good work!

So my previous comment was from 2 months ago I just went there yesterday to get a popsicle for my kids and everything in their freezers for their popsicles we're completely disgusting they were all melted down and into balls and all like deformed and everything so I asked the guy I said oh do you have any ones that are not like this and not all messed up in the back he goes no he only has the ones that are already in the freezer he's like yeah story the freezer had stopped working in the middle of the night and so I said oh so this is all you have you guys didn't throw them out he said no that would be a waste of money so I said so are you selling them like half of the price or even cheaper than that because of how bad they are not to mention I'm not trying to be rude sir but they're going to taste bad because they sat for so long being melted and then being refrozen he says no we're just selling them as they are like can you say f****** disgustingI have been going here almost 2 years and before it seemed okay and well run then over the last year it's gone right down .The store is always a compete mess, very dirty and cluttered with all thier product all over the place , nothing is ever stocked up and everytime I ask it's always the truck will be thier today or tomorrow " and it never comes .The one huge fridge with all the haula food is completely scattered and looks like they just threw all the frozen food in the freezer .Some of thier stuff I've bought thier was expired . Not to mention thier prices are absolutely ridiculous. It use to be okay 2 years ago but now it's a complete ripoff off 2.99 plus tax for a snicker bar
