I decided to enter & had a wonderful conversation with an employee about their chocolates. The employee (Eastern European) described their chocolates & flavours with great detail. The same girl helping me sold over a thousand dollars worth of chocolate yule logs boxes to a man in front of me (some sort of tradition), I almost bought one myself! The service was as expectational as the chocolates, thank you for walking me through my first premium chocolate purchase!

I stopped by coco to get a gift for a friend and asked for help, and the lady who attended to me was so rude. After some minutes of trying to check what was good, she said roughly again that the store would close at 6 PM. I stopped checking and went out to the store. I love this chocolate and would love to buy it, but I prefer to go to another store to avoid this situation.

As I live in Victoria, BC, in the past I have ordered chocolates from the South Centre store but my contact person is away.(also excellent service). Sal at Signal Hill store was wonderful, filled my order within an hour and drove it to the Fedex depot so that it could be delivered to my children in Vancouver the next day as that was the only day open for them to accept a home delivery, the Tuesday before Good Friday, in time for Easter. Incredible service, Sal certainly went beyond what was necessary and expected. I really appreciated it! Callebaut chocolates are the best and my children don't eat any others.

Very covid safe, friendly and efficient customer service. Unfortunately some customers are less understanding of current challenges than others. The staff however were excellent, wonderful chocolates, highly recommend.

I’ve been an old costumer to this store. I love the customer service. The staff are very friendly and patient, and they always recommend the best chocolates. You never leave the store empty handed and always feel welcomed.

I stopped by coco as first time to get some sweets for my husband.As soon as I entered the store, I told those 2 sales ladies that I am getting chocolate for my husband and he has pistachio and cashew allergy. I was expecting to get a help but they just stood and stared at me. That was so awkward. As soon as I found what I want, I asked one of sales lady to get me my selection. I don’t know because she was wearing AirPod, she didn’t understand me at once. Each time she said “what”, I had to repeat my order. That was so inconvenient. She wrapped the chocolate nice which I appreciated. But I don’t think I will go back to the shop to avoid this awkwardness.

I was in to buy chocolates as Christmas gifts for people with multiple dietary requirements. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, making me feel comfortable that my gifts will be well received. I will be back in future, just for the customer service alone.
