Scarehouse Windsor

The environment is great, actors catch you unexpected. Everything was distanced accordingly. Well worth every penny! Scarehouse, you really out did yourself. Gotta be the best haunted house!All I will say, is it is wayyy different as a staff member. It's not sunshine and rainbows volunteering here.

very fun and well organized. lots of ushers that guide you around and keep everyone in check. the 4 attractions are lengthy and make your feel like you get your money's worth. live actors were quite good and immersive. well set up and great atmosphere, will likely return in years to come.

We did the dinner vip experience. The scarehouse lived up to all our expectations.Highly recommend. Lots of people in costumes. Definitely doing it again.

Not the most scary haunted house. More for kids than adults. Would not recommend for adultsResponse:I am sorry if you do not accept my 3 star rating, but I was just being honest.To get into details, I went to the 4 haunted houses available. The Scared Evil was scary with the actors rushing towards you (especially the lady who crawled from under the bed!!).However, I did not find the other 3 houses to be as scary. The dark one was just dark and hard to navigate. Maybe I am a sociopath, but I have not been scared of dark rooms for a few decades :DThe Fun House had some cool masks and graphics, but again was not scary. I kept waiting for one of the masks to snarl at me lol. And I personally have played The Last of Us" enough times to be desensitized towards zombies.I wish you guys the best and am hoping to get more scared next Halloween!!"

Had an amazing time at Scarehouse Windsor. The immersive dinner package was excellent. We did the Mad as a hatter" room. Food was great

We participated in the immersion dinner experience. Our server was awesome, the food was good and actors were entertaining. The haunted features were well designed. Highly recommended for a fun seasonal evening out.

I had a great experience! Went with friends and I had a lot of fun. It wasn’t too scary to make you wanna run away, but it wasn’t too light on fear either, evident by the fact that I managed to scream a couple of times. The staff didn’t hold back.The only complaint I have is with the pricing. I took the monster package with all the four attractions for $35 and we were able to do it in under 45 mins. I wasn’t expecting to spend the whole night, but I feel that the value for time spent is lesser than I’m used to. (I do however understand that a haunt house is expensive considering the quality of the decorations and staff.) I also wish they accepted credit card/tap instead of just cash at the counter (you can always get it online though so not a big deal and there’s an ATM on site). I wish it were a bit longer and a bit cheaper, but I’m still giving it 5 stars because I spent quality time there and it more than makes up for my complaints. If you’re in Windsor, especially during Halloween, it’s a must visit!

Scarehouse allowed us to host a Halloween baby shower!!! It was a big hit!! Thank you for everything you did to make this occasion memorable!

A lot of effort put into the details. Did all three themes. Staff/zombies look young but stay in character throughout. The haunted darkness was our least favourite but scared evil and zombie maze made up for it. Well staffed event.
