I was doing skip the dishes when I hit the curb and didnt notice a very high pile of snow. I was stuck. I knock the the DT window and Tina was there. I asked for help. Without a word, Tina and Shaun help me. They were so nice. And never give up until my car is good to go. I must say this is a very extra ordinary excellent service. I am very thankful to the two of them.

Got 2 burritos. The ground beef was absolutely flavorless. The guy at the window was stoned out of his gourd.I had to add this after I received a reply to my original post.Including my post, 99% of the posts are of a negative experience,and all have a response expressing concern, and a determination to provide the best customer experience possible.These posts and replies cover over 2 freaking years!!!Of negative experience posts!!Of replies that they care about correcting deficiencies!But it's nothing but lip service from management.Nothing gets better at this location,cuz theres no one that's in control that cares.They just pretend they do.Save your money people.

I went here today and the lady taking my order sounded very judgmental with what I was ordering, just not a very good customer service voice. When I got up to the window I got my food quickly but I didn’t get what I ordered, I was supposed to have a combo with my burrito and didn’t get that. And all my burrito had on it was just the meat which was not what I ordered. The lady at the window was laughing and made me feel very judged with the way she took my order and treated me at the window.

This was by far the worst skip order I've ever received. Ordered six beef tacos, but was only given two in the bag. Ordered two burritos, one refried bean and one chicken. Got the refried bean but the chicken one magically got switched to beef. The prices for Taco Time are already high but for only two tacos out of six actually being placed in the bag? Only after I'd made the mistake of ordering here did I read the other reviews. Nothing has changed, they will still blatantly get the order wrong and disappoint you.

Ordered TWO large soft tacos, told the girl at least TWICE we wanted TWO , paid, got no receipt, got ONE TACO. Went in to get another was told it would cost $12, yes, $12!!!! For a single soft taco. Was told because of all the 'meat' they put in it. A whole half a cup of refried beans with a little beef so they can say it had it. What a ridiculous joke.

Even if we're in Red Deer, I will always drive out of my way to go to the Sylvan Lake Taco Time. The owner is humble and kind and works every job like his employees do. He always remembers me and my family (OK...I frequent a lot and have a weird order but still!), has never messed up my order (and Ive been going there for 10 years now!) and sometimes gives us little surprises (today we got an ice cream taco...and its flippin delicious!!) Establishments like this make me feel blessed to live in a small town - where you're actually a person and not just a customer!
