The best duct cleaning company in Medicine Hat! The scheduling went smooth and we got our date very quickly (during a busy time of the year too) and it was so easy! When they set up the truck hoses they were extremely respectful of all the contents of our house. They put up wall corner softeners to keep the hose from rubbing on the molding and corners, and carpets in the windows to keep the main suction line off our window sill. The owner Sam and his helper came in their brand new yellow truck today and they're both awesome! We probably got the best service, best price, and simplest duct cleaning that we could possibly get. Very happy with the work ethic, the observation of Covid safety, and the professionalism they brought to my house today! We got the deep clean package today and the difference of the airflow in the house is beyond comparison. It feels almost like 2x or possibly 3x as much airflow is moving through the vents now. If you're thinking about a company to come visit your home and clean your furnace/vents, you'll be really happy you went with Hat Furnace and Duct cleaning.

Sam was prompt, professional, and observed COVID restrictions while doing an excellent job. Our house had not had this service done in some time, but Sam was kind enough to explain everything he was doing and was very thorough. When the job was complete, there was virtually no clean up and the invoiced amount was accurate to the quote I received. I would highly recommend Hat Furnace and Duct Cleaning and plan to use them in the future.

I can highly reccomend Hat furnace, they are very accommodating, living out of town and it being winter we had to reschedule twice. They came as soon as possible and were very quick and efficient. He explained the process and gave my furnace a great clean. I will definitly use them again and have recommended them to many of my friends.

Sam is always diligent, thorough, and overall excellent to deal with. It was a pleasure to have them in our home and we will be getting them to do our commercial building as well. Rates are reasonable and service is excellent. You can't go wrong with these guys!

Two stars for promptness of being on time, no stars for being able to complete job hired to do.I was informed he was ill equipped to be able to perform the job, as he didn't have enough hose, and when his counterpart offered solutions he didn't want to hear them and dismissed him just as fast.I was informed his 100 feet of hose would not be enough to be able to service my ducting. So I will be phoning elsewhere to someone who has enough hose, or willing to find a solution.In my opinion the company was over booked and wanted to cancell a few complicated cleanings to be able to service less invasive ones.

Extremely knowledgeable and very pleased with their work. Very detailed and did not rush the job. Took caution in protecting the walls so the hoses didn't rub up against them. We noticed a huge difference in the air quality as well as the amount of dust we have in our home after we had our ducts clean. We also noticed our furnace ran much quieter afterwards!The owner Sam and his helper were super friendly and a pleasure to have in our home. Would definitely recommend!!
