I would not even give this place one star.The woman who runs the u-haul and answers the phones is rude.Calling people and yelling at them and rudley hanging up in thier ears.She had three people outside waiting on her for over 30 mins.And was very ignorant , not professional at all.I wouldn't suggest the u-haul at 1115 pleasant valley rd , Westville, Nova Scotia.

First couldnt book the truck I wanted, only 1am or 3am pickup, then when I settled for a 10ft truck they rebooked me to a 15ft truck which is what I actually wanted. Then they got a 10ft truck and booked the 15ft truck for someone else, even tho I had told them I had actually wanted a 15ft truck and was happy with that.Oh but then the 10ft truck was FILTHY and our pickup got delayed by over three hours and we were moving until 1am in the middle of the night because of this.

I don’t even want to give them one star because the manager over there is so rude and do not even does her job properly and then blame others and charge them extra. She literally charge me for every single extra thing that she could . When ask her, she was making excuses and I called the customer service they were not even able to do anything for me.for them it’s a business to charge people extra without reason.
