Amnor Powder Coating

Great service from all the employees in the shop as well as the office. Pavneet is always a pleasure to work with. When there was an issue with the powder coating finish, there was no problem bringing it back to have it redone at no cost. Quality is a word that comes to mind when I think of Amnor.

I had brought an item to Amnor Powder Coating to be powder coated. When I had spoken with the owner of the company he gave me a price quote for the job which was extremely good. I brought the item in and spoke to a powder coating employee about what the owner had told me. The employee insisted that what the owner had told me wasn't the case and that it would cost me a significant amount more than what I was quoted by the owner. I was a little dismayed but it was still cheaper than buying a new item so I reluctantly agreed on the new quote. I was notified that my item was finished and ready for pick up. When I arrived the employee told me that my item had been damaged during the sandblasting process and as a result it was unusable. When I spoke to the owner, at first we made small talk and he told me about a wedding he had just returned from in India. Things were going good until I mentioned my concern about my damaged item and what his employee had told me. He called the employee into his office and asked if what I was saying was true, to which the employee denied our conversation of a higher price quote had even occurred. At this point the owner became extremely irate and asked me why I didn't talk to him before the work was started. I told him that his employee stated there was a mix-up in the pricing, hence the significantly higher quote. He then began yelling profanities at me while chasing me out of his building and all the way back to my car, where he slapped the hood of my car while threatening me. One of his secretaries witnessed the entire ordeal unfold and appeared to be shocked as to what was unfolding. Not an experience I will ever forget.

Could be a little better organized for pickups, but these guys have the best prices in town, always do a really good job, I have never had to bring anything back or have it redone. There was a problem only once, some water got onto the pieces so they re-coated them. Never really had any issues or complaints with Amnor.
