Good staff..informative sale team. only place in KWC area, where you can get a new vehicle in couple of days.I was looking for vehicles since 2 months but my search end here, I was like why don’t look here first. It’s just 10 days and I got my brand new vehicle as Most of the other brands have a waiting period of 3-6 months.Specifical thanks to James Lefebvre for finding vehicles for me on time and Robert Harper for finance work done so quickly.Highly recommend.

I book an appointment a month ago to replace my breaks, the service advisor called me and said my break pads were at 50% and did not need to change yet… he asked me what was the problem and I explained it that I was hearing squeaking in the morning… and we decide not go with the break change, I believe he we could do the oil change and I said that would be right time to change and I asked to check the break to makes they are ok… I get there today, another service person tells me that I am there for break change and I said no, I spoke with someone and I couldn’t remember what I was there for and that I had to something with oil. So I asked him to change the oil and the check the breaks. Well, they did not checked because they said they were impeccable even though there has been squeaking, I asked how much padding did I have in the breaks, he could not tell me and I explain to her I drive for leaving and that I needed to make sure my brakes were good to go… I don’t understand how they did not inspect the brakes the way I asked…. I will not go back. And I do not recommend you taking your car there.

It was great pleasure buying this car from this location. Paper work was soo smooth, customer service was awesome. Many thanks to Harman for helping me out throughout the process. Hope to see you soon too buy another beast.

I had the pleasure of dealing with James and Ahmad for my recent vehicle purchase. James was efficient and very friendly. He made time for me on a last minute request and waited (after close) to ensure we were taken care of. Ahmad was very helpful with the financing piece and made everything clear in terms of warranties. Would highly recommend both gentlemen!

WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNINGAvoid at all costs! They are dishonest and have hidden fees!I signed a used car purchase agreement with them to buy a grey Chevrolet Camaro 2LT but they cancelled the contract ILLEGALLY without my agreement only because they could sell it at a higher price. After the contract was signed they started pushing me to cancel the agreement using a dirty tactics and lies.Beware of the ILLEGAL fees. 599 CAD for admin fee which is not included in their advertised price!Rest assured that legal action is being taken against them.

They gave me the car, and then they told me we are changing the bank for financing and now my biweekly is increase and if you ask any questions regarding the contract with the bank they don’t know because they deal with so many banks so they don’t have any answers.And anyone looking for old or new car for finance choose another option they don’t know what they are doing.They will call you after giving you the car and then tell you we are changing the contract.

Worst customer service ever!! They have had my SUV for 6 weeks now because of a seized engine, one of their recalls. I’ve been told for the past 4 weeks that they were waiting for Hyundai Canada to approve my claim. We’ll come today, I call Hyundai Canada and they don’t have a claim for my vehicle. Called the Cambridge dealership for an update, the service manager told me that they haven’t even sent a claim in yet!!!! They’ve had my SUV for 6 weeks, I’ve spent $2000 out of pocket for a rental and nothing has been done yet! First and last time I ever buy a Hyundai.

Huge thank you to Terry and Dan for all of their help. They have provided me with the best customer service I have ever received across other businesses and establishments, hands down. From the moment I walked in, I received friendly, efficient service. Terry was very good at listening to my needs, providing me with the process and delivering a smile the whole interaction. I cant thank them enough for the amazing service I received. I came from out of town (Trenton) as I had a vehicle issue while I was down in Cambridge. Although, it was a negative experience regarding my vehicle needing work, both Terry and Dan managed to turn my experience into a positive one. I normally wouldn’t have visited the Cambridge Hyundai dealership (again, as I live out of town), but I am a firm believer everything happens for a reason. I am so happy to have connected with the two of them and this experience has been a breeze for me. I now know where I will recommend and bring my business to. 11/10- keep it up!!
