Excellent Staff. Prompt, friendly, and ready to answer all our questions. Appointments can usually be made a day or 2 in advance. I would definitely recommend.

My dog has been going to the Westmount Animal clinic for about a year now. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. Recently my dog had an ear infection and they went above and beyond to show me how to clean her ear properly as well as follow up with me after the appointment. I would recommend this clinic.

The team here is exceptional! As a team they under promise and over deliver consistently blowing me away with their efficiency and caring! Their timing for getting back to you about results, Rx refills urgent advice etc is amazing and the communication is seemless throughout the team from the amazing receptionists to the techs and doctors. Westmount Animal Clinic is always quick to get my dog in when I need her to be seen by a vet. Everyone I have dealt with is incredibly friendly and it's nice to be able to see how much they all love animals and what they do. Some of them even remember Winnie each time we come back! And they do all they can to make her feel safe and comfortable at the clinic.

Wonderful staff, great location, and adorable, comfortable feeling clinic. I would happily bring my pets here at any time. My only complaint is that they spoiled my dogs far too much, and now my dogs expect the same from me. Send help, and treats.

This is such a great animal clinic. I booked my dog in here after growing tired of many impersonal, expensive, and unpleasant visits at one of the big chains. Everyone at Westmount was super friendly, and I feel like they truly care about your pet. Dr. Chavonne was great with my dog, and had excellent bedside manner with him. The recommended treatment approach was conservative, but super effective. The location is convenient too.

We were only in Calgary area for a couple of days and still had 6 more on the road before getting home. Our lab had a lipoma that we couldn’t get removed before leaving on our trip to Calgary. It had become very infected due to a scrape.West mount took us in that day for an appointment. Provided us with meds and a full checkup. Two days later our lab was on the mend.West mount also followed up with a call before we left town to make sure everything was fine and to make sure we didn’t need to come back in. They also followed up with our vet at home to send any records.Thank you for the great service and help.

My corgi - Strudel - has been a patient at Westmount Animal Clinic since he was a puppy and we've always had great service! The entire staff clearly cares a lot about their patients and are great communicators. Plus, I think their pricing is fair and appreciate their detailed invoices.We last visited Westmount Animal Clinic on Friday June 23 and it was a hectic day at the clinic! Despite this, the staff we're all very attentive and working hard to support their clients. We were there because Strudel had a stomach issue and Sandy took great care of us! Sandy recommended a medical grade dog food, which we unfortunately could not afford. Did Sandy make us feel bad for the food not being in our budget? NO! She took the time to give us a ton of advise about canine nutrition and how to manage doggo stomach issues through diet. We really appreciated the way that Sandy listened to us and gave us clear, detailed recommendations.
