I always seemed to be helped by Nils and he is always pleasant to deal with. Very friendly and helpful! Always a pleasure to see when I am downtown. Quality of clothing is fantastic as well.

I went there today to exchange two shorts that I received as a gift but it was the wrong size (I had my receipts and everything right) the cashier and another girl where super nice and professional but they needed the manager’s authorization, she came out with very aggressive body language and got mad for any reason specially when I didn’t understand a couple English words (Since English is not my first language) I asked her to change her attitude but she continued to be rude and just left. I don’t know if she was not having a good day but like I said I’m not at your door asking you for a personal favor. Very rude and unprofessional for something so small. I can find good quality and style in many other stores but speaking as a person who worked 10 years in costumer service this just kill the experience for many clients including me.

Wanted to give a shout out to the awesome staff at this store. I was in shopping on wednesday and there was a shirt I really wanted but they didn't have any that fit me. I asked Maria if there were more sizes in the back and she went back to check but couldn't find them (which was completely fine). I then went to try some other clothes on and just as I was finishing she came to my dressing room telling me she found the shirt I was looking for in my size. This really made my day and was really greatful for this service. Thanks again :)

The fact that they can't exchange anything bought online is a bit of a shock (different systems apparently). Their online customer service is quite useless (it will take 8 days to get a response). They need to turn around this part of their business as it is behind the times.

I purchased jeans online, I was sent the wrong size. I purposely travelled to the downtown store to exchange only to be told by the assistant I cant exchange or return in store because its a different system. What a dumb company, I will never purchase again from them, such a waste of time. Now I have to repackage and send back through Canada post. Terrible customer service

Customer service was great overall. Attentive to my needs on buying the right pair of jeans. I was able to put a pair of Tims on hold without issue. Thanks again!

Staff seemed lifeless and didn't have answers to questions about product comparison. Shelves were dusty and clothes had loose threads stuck to them

I had an amazing visit to this location today. I was looking for a surprise birthday gift for my boyfriend. This guy Mandi told my guy’s size just from his photo (amazing!?). Such friendly staffAnd my boyfriend LOVED his new outfit. 10/10
