Desert Lake RV Resort

We just spent 5 wonderful days at Desert Lake. The campsite was so clean and quiet. By the looks of the spotless bathrooms and beautiful flowers the campsite managers Kent and Candice work extremely hard to make the campsite attractive and welcoming to visitors. Thanks again for being so welcoming I'd highly recommend this place to everyone!

A beautiful, quiet place to stay. The lake is the perfect temperature and the scenery stunning.The washroom facilities are spotless. A very well kept RV park.

Everything about this park is exceptionally well run. Check in process is easy, sites are clean, some right on the lake however there is common lake access for all. This park is a mix of long and short term stays. There are beach chairs for visiting and tables at all the sites. The laundry facilities are clean and readily available. Best of all the park is very quiet well away from the highway and everyone is friendly and helpful. Will be back again!

It's more of a retirement trailer park then Campground, but it was very nice for the long weekend.

I needed peace and quiet, this was the place to be. Very well maintained, owners are very nice. People in the park are friendly & quiet. Like the little beachy access to the lake. Having access to a clean Bathroom/Shower was great. No time limit on shower..did laundry but had no soap, so they sell Tide pods, for a loonie. Will definitely be back!

Booked a short 5-night stay, but the site was so well-kept, clean, comfortable, and friendly that we extended to three weeks. Excellent views, dog area just outside the RV park, beach on Tucelnuit Lake, and excellent weather for our stay (light breeze most nights). Host and hostess very professional and friendly, no noisy parties, highly recommended.

There are many other beautiful campgrounds to stay at in Oliver. We were placed in a spot next to a construction site for two weeks as they moved out a mobile home trailer. We were asked to move from our spot so they could work on the trailer, we had to move our vehicles and there was constant noise, dust and people around. Everyone in the park is noisy and walks right through your site, zero privacy. When we talked to management about this and asked for a refund they told us they disabled the refund function on their pin pad and that wouldn’t be possible. Spend your money elsewhere :)

Packed in tight. Combination of nightly stay units and permanent units. Small but beautiful beach.
