I been to this pharmacy for 3 or 4 times and never had a good experience, always so busy, not enough medicine, and expensive.

I want to mention about the pharmacy. If you want to give prescriptions to the Pharmacy, allow them 3 days minimum for preparation.If you pick your drugs up next day of prescription, you will be asked come again after 3 hours. That is what I experienced in this week. Also, they never contact customers when the drug ready as like the others. The happening was not a only one time, but all the time. That is the reason why I post it.They are really slow workers, and will not be ready when you expected time. The drug and prescription workers are not friendly, they didn’t respect the patient at all, and they need to improve services for customers. Thanks

Went to get a bottle of castor oil. Lady at the Cosmetics Counter didn't know where, told me to ask the pharmacist. I went to the pharmacy and asked for it, the lady went to help me find it but there was nothing in stock. She came back with another person, that person with the scanner scanned the product code and said they are short, then they both went back to the counter to do their own thing. I had to go in line againand wait to ask them which other location would have it and the man said just try another pharmacy altogether!! What kind of customer service is that? This used to be my go-to pharmacy, now I'm thinking about switching to another pharmacy altogether.

This is not for the entire store but for the pharmacy. Could see a lot of staff inside, but none of them seem to care if someone was waiting to drop off a prescription or answer a query. I went and stood right infront of them and literally looked straight into their face to ask something and they acted as if I didn't exist!!! They never acknowledge anyone if they're not interested. I don't think it's because of staff shortage, there were many of them inside. Some of them were casually talking to each other. I waited for 10-12 mins and had to return as they didn't care to serve a customer. Would be good if they could show some respect to people who wait to get their attention. I don't intend to go back to his pharmacy again!

Not happy with Pharmacist Sebastian. Very rude approach and very stubborn. I buy almost all prescription from Delta London Drugs but this Pharmacist has really put me down today. Does not know how to enter extended benefit card information, does not want to listen, and shows attitude. There was no Manager today to hear my complain. Very upsetting.Want to update another incident that happened yesterday. I went to pick up prescription and one pharmacist was so rude to one customer who was having some issues picking up his wife's prescription. The pharmacist was rude to him and spoke very bluntly without listening properly to what he had to say. Then later when the customer left, pharmacist went to the back and was laughing about the customer with his colleagues. That's is so unprofessional.March 6, 2023 - Called pharmacy 6 times before they picked up my phone. They do not fill up Doctor's prescription automatically but when called, either they hung up or they do not pick up calls. This happened with me twice between February & March of 2023. I saw a sign in pharmacy that says something about customers if they will not be nice to pharmacist then it will not be accepted but pharmacist & service rep can be impolite with customers and nothing is done.

Thought I would give this pharmacy a try as it’s close to work, my doctor faxed in a prescription and I went in over 6 hours later to pick it up and it wasn’t ready- and it would be a 30 minute wait.Asked why it took over 6 hours to fill a simple prescription and staff said “they get a lot of faxes each day”. Will be going back to my previous pharmacy that is a little less busy.

This use to be my go to place. But I don't know if they got a new pharmacist. But the last 3 times here to pick up my prescriptions. There has always been over a half of hour if not more wait. Even when you call in and let them know your coming to pick up. I was once told that they don't fill your prescription until you come in. I will be changing pharmacies from today goung forward.

Extremely slow in attending to the customer at prescription drop off site at around 1PM on August 24.The other staff who are on duty but has other responsibilities keeps on gazing with tilted eyes to the person waiting but do not show up. Weird!I went here for prescription transfer, but will find another pharmacy for long term purposes, but find another pharmacy now!!!FINALLY WHEN THEY DECIDED THEY NEED TO ATTEND, TWO people approached the counter, BUT NO ONE gave a welcome note for a FEW seconds. THERE WAS A HESITATION/RELUCTANCY THAT WHO (out of the TWO) WILL ATTEND ME.IS IT Differentiation (BECAUSE OF THE ATTIRE) OR LACK OF FOCUS TOWARDS CUSTOMER??!!!PLEASE ANSWER THE ABOVE QUESTION IF YOU CARE #londondrugsIt is important tk note they opened THREE counters only when there were customers behind me, not when i was Second in line waiting for so LONG. For me the staff was just gazing with Tilted eyes!Finally, Mr. S spoke the much awaited words that a customer (along with a long line up behind) wanted to hear - 'Hello, may I help?!' (let me remind you the TWO people came to the counter for good FEW minutes, before one of them Mr. S who rather arrived a few seconds later than the first person spoke the magical words!)Lastly, they don't even have proper Professional/Business cards to have the prescription sent to them. When I told them I will get the prescription transferred myself to make it EASY for YOU, they gave me this attached SLIP with fax number.

The guy in short hair (pharmacist) is rude, doesn't want to answer questions. Really bad experience. And yes they are slow to full fill prescription.
