Last year, I got Covid19 and I voluntarily quarantined myself inside my room. When the OHC office found out that I had no more supplies of medicines, they immediately sent someone to supply my needs. Their staff never treated me as someone to be afraid of due to C19. In fact, he even got closer to me to check how I was due to my bad health conditions. He even asked and offered me if I needed some more help like food to eat, toiletries or any assistance so they could supply more since I'm not allowed to go out at that time. Even the owners made a call to assess & check my conditions, I was told not to hesitate to call back anytime even the wee hours of night if i need anything or help. I never felt alone when I was in a dire situation.Again, to the management & staff of OHC.. Thank you very much for your concerns, love & care. All the best, success, prosperity & may you continue to touch more people`s life especially whose in pain, with special health conditions, suffering from emotional distress, physically & be an instrument of spreading more VLR (VIRUS OF LOVE & CARE)! :)

Having respectful and helpful staff as well as a caring Director of Care, Ottawa Home Care is a leading agency in home care services in Ottawa. I have been receiving their nursing services for my elderly parents since 2016 and have never faced any problems with them as all the nurses and PSWs provided so far have proved to be professional and well-trained. Besides, 24-hour support is available, which is a real advantage for clients.

I cannot say enough good things about the service and care my father-in-law received from Marie and all the staff at Ottawa Home Care. Without their support and compassion, he would not have been able to remain in his home with my mother-in-law in his last years. Although his needs were complex and grew even more so with time, the team at OHS remained committed to finding solutions to allow him to stay in his home without ever compromising his safety or well-being. Although staffing for personal support workers is challenging, the OHS team always ensured my father-in-law had the best care possible, and we thank OHS - especially Marie and the OHS team at the Court at Barrhaven, for their tireless efforts to take care of him.

Ottawa Home Care has been providing tremendous support and care for a family member for some time now. Recently, our family member ended up in hospital resulting in the need to reset the care and coordination among care providers.
