Order we've been waiting on for a family function got pushed back by 3 weeks. No one called or let us know. Have to chase sales people for answers to our questions. We spent thousands of dollars and can't even get a phone call back. I'd be ashamed to be tied to this store if I was an employee. Brandon location is far superior. Won't waste our time in portage anymore.

Our sales person Monica was absolutely incredible. Very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Had a great experience and will absolutely be going back for any other furniture or appliances we need in the future. The white glove treatment was worth every penny. Delivered, set-up and no garbage. Fast and friendly, and best of all - no garbage to clean up. Saved my whole day and my back.

I appreciated the updates on the delivery date and time. The delivery guys arrived within the time frame provided. They were courteous, professional, and efficient with placing my appliance and relocating my old one. A bonus is that they loved my dog!

I walked into the store and told Monica what I wanted and she showed me some options. I picked the Darcy sofa in mocha. It is very comfortable. I went back z a few days later and ordered the matching ottoman and a chair and a half which are to be delivered in the near future. I’m very pleased with my purchase and the friendly help I received from Monica. The delivery was awesome. I was kept updated as to where the driver was and then notified when they were 15 minutes from my house. The delivery guys were very friendly and polite as well. Overall it was a wonderful experience
