They charged me $1070 just to change one hydrulic hause for labor fee wich my friend changed exactly hause for his trailer couple months ago at shop on Mississauga by just $400, he told me he gonna charge me $100 per hour for labor fee but he changed his word and charge me $135 per hour, Don't go there guys.

I called twice and spoke to reception leaving my name, issue and number. Couldn't get the guy to call me back.

I brought my boat trailer in for service on the recommendation of my marine mechanic. The work was satisfactory and price was not unreasonable. Communication left something to be desired. Otherwise, I'm satisfied.

Trailer Repair: March 17, 2023People write bad reviews when had bad service, and not mention good reviews when they got good service.My trailer hinge got broken. I arrived at the shop first thing in the morning. Manfred looked at my trailer and told me he will try to change the hinge or worst scenario, he would weld the hinge.I brought the trailer inside the shop, when Joseph tried to weld the hinge, he figured that all hinges were bend. They suggested me to go and get the hinges.I went to the dealer (wabash) by uber, brought the hinges and Joseph fixed it. They charged me 1 1/2 hour labour. Very reasonable.Usually, mechanic shops charge based on your emergency, (black mailing situation), for example, we call it highway robbery.Here, I did not feel that way. 16 calls, over a dozen emails and 17 weeks is what it took to have the work done on my truck and all I needed was a safety, some work on my hitch and a few quotes on items. (Adding hood mirrors and locks to some compartments)I dropped my truck off before I headed out of the country for 5 weeks and asked that I be emailed to ensure work going keeps going on my truck. I asked for some modifications and they seemed more than happy to do it at the start, but acted like the work was above them once the truck was in their procession.After they did the safety they stopped work on it and it wasn't until 5 weeks later, when I heard nothing from them, that I asked what the status on the quotes and the hitch work. I was told that they forgot" and that they didn't think I wanted that work anymore (despite emails showing otherwise). After two months of several requests for this information I was sent a Google link for mirrors and told to do it myself
