Dollarama

Good selection if items at this newer location. It’s always well organized. Most of the items are real brand names. The beauty section has so many options! The prices on average are on par or lower than at the big box department stores.

I give this place three stars not because it's poorly stocked but because the cashier didn't even have the courtesy to say can I help you or say thanks for coming in. She was put out that I had interrupted her from her other job of just standing there doing nothing there wasn't any lineup, the store wasn't busy it was 8:16 Monday evening. I thanked her for the receipt when she put it down on counter as she then made her way from the cash all together disappearing into one of the aisles while I was still packing my bag, I could have loaded my bag with anything on the counter and walked out the door, good thing I'm honest. I seriously doubt that she knows that it's a customer like me that makes it possible for her employer to pay her wages.

There’s currently approximately a 2 kilometer line up at the cash, with only one cashier. Avoid this dollarama, the owner apparently cares nothing about its customers

I personally feel the store has gone downhill since it was opened. Can't put my finger on it...lack of selection perhaps which is too bad becuz I love dollar stores but I doubt I'll return there anytime soon

It's a Dollar Store; however, the shelves are usually well stocked and tidy.The store is usually clean and well staffed.This is one of my favourite Dollar Stores.

I shop here frequently, as I work in a local retailer across the street. Stock is always awesome, store is clean and usually tidy, but customer service in this location is appalling. Associates are too preoccupied with floor duties, leaving one cashier to handle the massive line-ups. I've never minded waiting in line, but today, (12/5/22) the cashier who had helped me was visibly annoyed that she had been called to the register. 5 minutes earlier she had kicked my basket with her foot and moved my things out of the way so she could get to the sunglasses. When she was helping me on the register ,she didnt day a single word. I was struggling to carry my bags, wrapping paper rolls, and trying to get out my wallet to pay as fast as possible, and she just glared at me? After I paid and was just beginning to load my bags with about 10 items, she yelled next" to the person in line when I hadn't yet begin to put away anything. She kept repeating next while I was packing quickly

I'll always be unhappy that they jacked the prices of their bags when plastic bags were banned. The small bags were three for a dollar but now they are two dollars each which sucks.

Great place to pick up toys and crafts for DIY. Store is well organized and clean

A big, new, clean location. When I was there, checkout was understaffed and slow.

I love the dollar store. I always find crafts that are enjoyable to do for a good deal; I also find household products and decorations for a cheap price.
