Woolwich Court North

No elevator, so moving in to the 3rd floor was a huge pain. Older building, so not much going for décor and whatnot. The rooms are pretty small, at least compared to that of CMH, standard bed, table, and closet. No mirrors in rooms so get yourself one if needed. I had small bathroom with obvious water damage to the flooring under the tub, and the stovetop in the kitchen sets of the fire alarm the first couple times you use it. Also LOTS of big spiders! Internet speed is very fast, although I had to contact IT 3 times until they enabled my cable internet to actual work. Overall not that terrible, but I feel like I would've gotten more for my money if I chose a newer residence building

Older building. When I first arrived for fall term the smoke detector kept beeping because it was out of memory. We contacted maintenance but it took them so long we ended up taking it down or else we wouldn’t be able to sleep. Heating also did not work until middle of November right before an extreme cold warning. Lots of geese in the area that make a large ruckus in the morning. Washroom fan also did not work(no noise when turned on) but maintenance looked at it and felt a slight breeze (that came from a temperature difference between the pipe and the room) and said it was fine. Meh experience in terms of student housing but the suites are large and it’s nice to have a semi private washroom and kitchen.
