I got the full elixir undercoating done at this shop and my vehicle looks amazing.However, when they finished with my car I got a text saying they are all done but while doing the dry ice blasting, some rust blew off of my coolant line and now the car is leaking engine coolant.I was obviously not happy to hear this but I understand that things happen, what counts is how you deal with the problem.They didn't want to cover any of the cost to fix the leak or anything. It was up to me to figure out how I'm going to drive my car (since it leaked about 2 litres of coolant).When I asked, I was told that they won't cover the cost because it wasn't their fault.I had to either get my car towed (at my own cost) or drive it and hope it didn't overheat.I guess couple hundred dollars is more important to them than a happy customer.I definitely won't be returning or recommending this place to anyone.As I mentioned, the actual undercoating looks good but the way they handled this whole situation was very unprofessional.My car wasn't leaking when I dropped it off and now it has a coolant leak that I have to fix.

Enjoyed everything about the experience with these guys. Truck was rusting pretty good underneath but most Toyota owners know this is typical. They were able to clean everything up and under coat it so it looks like new again. I can keep this truck out on the trails for a long time now.Everyone that works there is excited about what they do and very knowledgeable. Love supporting local businesses like this.

Amazing customer service, very reasonable rates for services and packages and the results are next to nothing of perfect. They will go out of their way to make sure you are a satisfied customer and knowing a couple other people who are repeat customers and bring all they're vehicles here for coatings and paint restoration I couldn't recommend any other shop in alberta. If you're looking to refresh and protect your vehicle for the next 4+ years look no where else then here you have found honest and quality workmanship.

I recently used Cerebus to install protective film on my full size SUV and am very happy with the result and the entire process. Staff were very approachable, friendly and professional. Got the whole elixir treatment and rocker panels done with colour matched bed liner and couldn’t be happier. My 2010 pickup looks like a new truck and I hope to get another 10 years out of it! Excellent service and quality of work.
