tims is nice but the gas station is so dirty and the guy working there is extremely rude and has no brain i went to the womens washroom and it was so dirty poo everywhere and i told him and he said use the mens washroom bad service

This location has no pride. The drive-through is completely littered with coffee cups that never get picked up, it's disgusting!!. If it's this way outside I wonder what it's like on the inside.

This is the fist time a gas station or business not taking American dollar, any business or country around the world take it. American money is world wide. Really bad customer service.

4515 Highway 7 Esso. We went Monday May 30 around noon. the attendant asked to go to the washroom.I have a physical disability and can't stand long. he left us and the items and didn't cash them out.2 more people said he just did the same to them.they waited for the attendant to go to the washroom or outside to put pump on. 4 of us waited around 5 minutes or more for the attendant to come out of the washroom.The afternnon staff have been rude.we won't return and neither should you.

WE GOT SCAMMED. Worst gas station ever. Machine says 40L of gas pumped into my car but my meter only moved a bit meaning that amount of gas wasn’t actually provided. We paid and the workers refused to do anything for us. Called the cops on them and can’t believe something like this can happen

They have closed off access to instore Tim's counter, the line up for the drive through spills onto hwy 7. These people just dont care about thier jobs, they carry on conversations with thier co- workers while your trying to order. Very rude and unprofessional. This team needs to be trained properly, management needs to stop hiring cousins and family. Stay clear of this gas station if you want to be safe.

Not sure if the Tim's in owned by the gas station but they have the laziest employees ever. Going through the drive thru tou qaot forever because they are so slow they don't say anything so you don't know if someone is there. Then when you get to the window there are like 6 people in there doing nothing and the cashier is so rude.
