The experience with Premiere was fantastic. Prabh was very easy to communicate with their turn around was extremely fast. Other companies were having us wait weeks to a month or more and he and his team had our countertops templated, delivered and installed within days. Their team worked so fast with accuracy installing our countertops (which we love) in our new location. He helped us source the exact one we wanted when we couldn't find it any where else and was able to source it out pretty much overnight.Absolutely recommend.

Horrible countertops. I paid to upgrade to white granite and it is GARBAGE everything stains it. I had the same at our old house for over 3 years it looked better than our new house after a few months. They hung up on me when I explained the situation. Horrible service and products

I had an amazing experience with premier granite and stone company. The owner came after business hours to come measure the counter tops and provided a reasonable quote within the Stated time frame. They pay attention to detail as all of my countertops were made with high quality and craftsmanship. Installation was also done in a timely manner. Also, they were very responsive to any questions or concerns I had, which made the quality of their service very comfortable and reliable. I would recommend them to anyone who wants high quality countertops for a reasonable price with excellent installation skills.

ordered our countertop through a different company who subbed the job to these guys. they made a mistake with the template for our sink which is fine things happen but the turn of events afterwards is inexcusable. They picked up the countertop and promised to drop off the next night. 4 days later my husband had to call and ask when they would drop off. He promised that day. Nobody showed up again. My husband called the next morning rightfully upset and the guy said he would just throw it on our lawn" and that our product we bought was not making him any money so it was not top priority. They did end up dropping it off finally but as my husband held the door open for them they said they would not bring it inside and they left it at our doorstep. I am 30 weeks pregnant and can't help lift a 300lb piece of stone. don't make the mistake we did by using this company. they are rude and obviously have not read the handbook on customer service."
